Enjoy huge views of snow-capped mountains and spectacular sunsets from the huge deck, play billiards on the professional custom-built pool table, watch movies in the great room, or cozy up by a fireplace. This home boasts a 'food enthusiast' kitchen which includes a custom dumbwaiter, Traulsen commercial refrigerator, and professional Thermador cook top with griddle. The great room and kitchen are wide-open for entertaining, especially with the wood-burning fireplace in the living room a rare amenity in the region. The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Short walk to the village to acces the town of telluride or the market. Large great room the pictures don’t do justice. Nice space for everyone in the family s well

There’s probably not a bad spot in mountain village, but this home was spectacular. Beautiful gathering spaces, equipped to cook, and nicely - but not overly- appointed! Everything we needed and easy access and departure.

Have to make a better effort in insuring the hot tub get the water replaced between renters
Other than that the house and experience was fantastic.

Within walking distance to Mountain Village but off the main road. Well maintained and stocked with everything needed. Even ice trays to make ice balls for my bourbon!

I made this reservation with VRBO and somehow it was managed by Vacasa??? The customer support from Vacasa was horrible...they have a system where you cannot speak with anyone locally (you literally speak with agents all around the country when you try to contact someone regarding problems/issues) and then it took several days of leaving messages before anyone contacted me. I even had the cell number of the local Vacasa manager and left him a voicemail and a text message and never got a response.
This property is nice, but it is misleading when it is labeled as Ski-in/Ski-out. It is a about a 100 yard walk for ski-out and then the ski-in is a trail that is another 100 yards through dense woods that is literally marked by a ribbon tied onto a tree. This property has a great location, but it is almost impossible to walk to Mountain Village since the driveway was covered in a thick sheet of ice and it was never cleared during our entire stay...in fact, one person in our party slipped and it was amazing they were not seriously hurt. Another example of the poor service was there literally was not enough toilet paper for our entire stay...for a property that is this expensive you don't even get enough toilet paper???

This log home was a truly spectacular retreat for our corporate retreat. The kitchen is well outfitted, shower heads are luxurious, and decorations leave little to be desired. All appliances are state of the art. Pool table and ping pong table are fun for after skiing recreation.
The home is truly ski in ski out and every day I would ski by an grill out on the beautiful stainless steel grill, and after a beer or two head back for the slopes.
The snow was a little low on the mountain while we were there and few of the homes in the Mountain Village area that were supposed to be ski in ski out truly could have been. The location of this home allows for a large accumulation of snow which was ideal and access to the slopes was no problem! The local support staff were available and helpful.
If 2012 is as fruitful as 2011 my company would definitely consider returning:)
