This place is so cozy and great! It is immaculately clean, which is so appreciated. We came right in and had an amazing stay…thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, State Street, bike rentals. The apartment was well stocked, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely return!

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway! We were walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go (State St., the beach, great restaurants, and more). The check in process was smooth and the apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely book again!

I was concerned at first about the lack of AC on an unusually hot day in Santa Barbara. However, it cooled off nicely and was very comfortable!

We had a lovely time at the apartment. Appreciated that it was very quiet & serene. I would have liked to receive the checkin info a bit earlier.
Overall a wonderful stay. Everything about the apartment is quiet which we liked & very close to beach oriented activities.

Charming condo in great location. Easily walk to beach, nearby restaurants, and grocery. Excellent communication with owner, on site property management. Comfortable bed, wonderful shower, fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

We were in town for a friends wedding at The Hilton Beach Front, so this apartment was in the perfect location. It’s description is spot on. The apartment is well appointed although we did not cook in we could have very easily. Nice to enjoy the non chain restaurants in Santa Barbara. I would have preferred to park outside, but this unit has a garage of sorts, compact cars only. The king bed was comfortable.

Would definitely stay here again. Only criticism is the sofa was not comfortable at all and would love different pillow options.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful town. The beach is just two blocks away.

This is a great location! Everything was clean and neat and had just enough of the supplies we needed. Bed was comfortable and cozy and shower was nice, hot water, strong water pressure. I would suggest adding one more ice tray :) Also worth noting is the second story location, with no elevator that we saw and the very small garage parking, with very limited street parking available. We were able to carry our luggage up and down the stairs and our 4 door Camry rental just fit with enough room to squeeze out the door to get in and out, so these were not dealbreakers for us, but could be for some.

Enjoyed our stay. Goods amenities, very clean and charming. TV instructions missing; had hard time operating it.
Allocated parking spot very tiny. Our car would not fit. Fortunately on- street parking was plentiful on the days we were there.

I was very happy with our stay, no complaints, everything was as described. We didn't rent a car, so it was helpful that there's lots of food etc within walking distance.

Not wanting to face the gauntlet of holiday weekend driving through Los Angeles from San Diego, we took the train. The 10 minute .4 mile walk was really easy. During our stay, we enjoyed the walks to the wharf, downtown, harbor and various nearby restaurants. We grabbed an Uber for trips to the bontannical garden and Old Mission. This place is perfet for those wanting to visit Santa Barbara without a car.

Nice place in a great location
This is a nice one bedroom apartment with a comfortable king bed and full kitchen. It’s a great location just a few blocks from the beach. We were there in January and the apartment was cold. Take some warm clothes as the heaters takes time to warm up. There are stairs up to this second floor apartment. Our Toyota 4Runner just barely fit in the assigned covered garage space. Overall a nice place to stay in SB.

Wonderful
The apt was really very nice. Good location. Very accommodating.
The couch was uncomfortable for my husband and there really weren't other options for seating that would have been better, but other than that it was a really nice place to stay.
Place was a little noisy at times. We seemed to have the only unit without a balcony or small outdoor space. Seeing how nice the small patios were made us a little jealous.
The kitchen was wonderful and the bathroom very nice.
Overall a wonderful week staying there.

The unit was recently furnished, so everything was clean and the decor was up-to-date. The small garage served as an excellent place to store our bicycles. Plenty of walkable eateries. Well maintained neighborhood. The price for the unit was affordable, considering Santa Barbara prices. Multi-dwelling building, but everyone had their own private entrance. Peaceful grounds. Only two things that were disappointing with the unit were: (1) the fact that there wasn't any air conditioning in the unit and (2) the yard maintenance crew starting their leaf blowers at 6am one morning (not ideal for vacationers). Would definitely come back for another visit. Thank you.
