Worst experience ever.

Not one thing

This property is in a shady neighborhood, the exterior is in poor condition, and the owners do not care about their customers at all. The minute we pulled in, we were approached by a man. He made strange remarks to our daughters, asked about parts of our vehicle and commented repeatedly on the value, things that were very uncomfortable. It felt so unsafe. We reached out immediately to the property owners via email and phone both, who did not respond to us for almost 24 hours. The owners were condescending and completely dismissive of our concerns. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Not well represented

Decently located for what we did. The living room and dining room are nice. The beds where comfortable though a little firm. Had the basics.

Abandoned building across the street. A broken and vandalized car sat in front of the house for 2 days. The property seems to be shared with another person. The pictures and the actual property didn’t match up. No outdoor furniture or sitting area. Bulldozers showed up on the visit and started working. The car port light is sensor activated so every animal the came through lit it up all night long. The laundry room was in a very unfinished basement that left a lot to be desired. The upstairs was very hot while the downstairs stayed cold. The property people looked into but it really didn’t change much. The kitchen could use a new stove and the refrigerator needs to be leveled so the door shuts. The water pressure was also lacking.

Cozy and layout of home, covered parking with flood light

Home was not very clean in some rooms, under beds and kitchen floor and kitchen counters. Soccer game table was very dirty. There were dirty black socks downstairs in a corner. Bed linen and top white blanket are dirty and hairs on bed sheet. There was a dirty white face towel already hanging in one of closets.

great location house comfortable outside needs work

property in a great area. very close to many activities

outside of property needs LOTS of cleaning. overgrown trees trees and bushes blocking the sidewalk. patio set dirty needs cleaning. a driveway and sidewalk needs cleaned. no rugs to to keep dirt from coming into the house no toaster in kitchen to make toast the floor in the house looks clean BUT feet were black. needs a good cleaning

Clean, full equipped. our family really enjoyed our stay minus the mattresses and no curtains. other than that I recomme

older town, backyard is a little ran, could you some simple cleaning in the back but once you open he front door, it is a completely different vibe. Very clean, modern, fun and very large space for a traveling family. Plenty of room for adults and children to enjoy theirselves.

No curtains in the bedroom made it extremely hard to sleep. we ended up leaving early because check out is earlier than a hotel and we knew that the sunlight beaming in would wake us up at 6:30a. could use curtains in the bedrooms and softer mattresses.

Fun comfortable stay, Thank you!

The location was excellent. House was comfortable, and the Keypad felt secure and was convenient.

The backyard had no fence so we weren’t sure how far the kids could play. Also the bed was a little more firm than we were used to.

Good

Would have been great for a group (alumni gathering) near CC campus. The outdoor area was cool, only more comfortable seating would be a bonus.

It was a little dirty in the kitchen (fridge area). The code didn’t work when I was allowed in (after supposedly cleaners needed to be there), so that was frustrating. The timing of check in/out wasn’t conducive to needs for a weekend of activities. But the bed I slept in was comfy and again, proximity to CC was great for a quick trip.

Colorado Springs is beautiful. We had a great time.

The house was clean and inviting. Thanks for the coffee! It was nice to have lots of dishes, glasses, and silverware (and enough dish detergent to clean them!)

Needed a toaster. Also need a small table in the upstairs bathroom for toiletries and a TV upstairs in one of the bedrooms. The yard needs to be cleaned up.

Mixed feelings

They have made an effort to make it a rental.

We arrive at night, the house has no lights outside, which makes it difficult to find and makes you feel like you're not in a safe place. The blinds are moderately broken, they painted the windows and kitchen but only the areas that people see, if you open a window and a kitchen cabinet you'll see what I mean. The AC didn't work, they left a fan running in each room, the fans were very noisy. I got the check-in instructions the same day in the afternoon after I called, sent a text message and sent an e-mail. The place is not that bad but feels like it doesn't have an owner. The dinning and living room are good. I paid $805 for 3 nights, it's way too expensive.
