Everything was great about this property except lack of good cleanliness in areas; ceiling fan in bedroom dirt obvious on all blades, top of refrigerator coated in thick dust, and shelves under TV very dusty.

Condo was very nice and the kitchen was well furnished with cooking items. I would stay here again in a minute. The deck was really nice.
Master bed was more soft then i am used to and the bed height was a bit high for anyone who may be old or handicap it could be hard to get into.

Welcoming and comfortable. Very easy to get into, clean, and they even made sure we had extra detergent. Has a driveway, porch, and fireplace (not that we used it much since it was snowy). Was as described. Roomy. Had extra towels and good cooking supplies.

This house is a small place, but covers the basics. Comfortable beds and adequate bathrooms and kitchen, but nothing especially noteworthy. Unfortunately a stale smoke smell permeated the place, which was off putting. We did enjoy the view out back.

We are experienced travelers. We would NOT recommend this rental - significant changes are needed:
• Replace the management company (Vacasa) with a customer service oriented company.
• Improve manager’s knowledge about the rental property.
• Improve check in procedure.
• Improve cleanliness and bug control.
• Improve hot water.
• Improve checkout options / procedure.
Suggest you look elsewhere. It is not worth the cost, quality problems, and aggravation.
THE BAD & THE UGLY
• Management company (Vacasa) is not familiar with the house and had difficult communications. Vacasa is a large bureaucratic company with many people who manage the account and poor customer service. Their policies are confusing and inflexible (rigid).
• Check in / entry procedure is poor – multiple emails with different info in each, instead of consolidated into one easy to read email. Manager did not know the entry procedure.
• Spiders everywhere – Eight Live spiders – big ones with well-developed webs, so they were there for a while. Spiders and webs throughout house including the master bathtub, kitchen sink, crawling across the living room floor, on the kitchen floor, and in several corners. Nasty.
• Living room - carpet dirty / dingy – needs cleaned.
• Smoke smell unpleasant – when we arrived. Smelled more like cigar or cigarette smoke than fireplace, but less by the next day.
• Internet extremely unreliable. Connection went down many times each day, We missed some key entertainment moments as a result.
• Hot water tank is very limited. We had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes between each person’s shower.
• Check out procedure is not flexible, and costly. They wanted to charge us $30+ for an extra 4 hours, when all we asked for was 1 hour (11am), and we were willing pay $10 for it. They said their policy was not flexible, which is exactly the problem!
• No refunds! Even after all these problems, and they would not provide any kind of credit afterwards. That is not good customer service.
THE GOOD
• Comfortable bed – medium softness with very good pillow top.
• Modern, updated furniture and design.
• A lot of towels.
• Nice golf course view in middle of fairway.
• Location – close to downtown and highways.
Hope that helps! Happy trails!

Overall great location and nice place. It has a large patio, very nice for entertaining, comfortable, and clean. The only thing I would change is bedding in the master bed, the sheets were older and rough. I would rent from them again!

Excellent property
Very clean and lived up to the listing. I would suggest a more detailed instruction sheet on operating the fans but otherwise this was a very nice property.

This property was perfect for our family of 3. One of my favorite things about our stay was being able to relax on the backyard patio while our toddler was safely able to explore the fenced in area. We watched people golf on the course only a few hundred feet away and felt the nature around us. It was peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and the street In front of the house is lined with trees changing colors for their autumn season. It was beautiful. We visited Flagstaff specifically to enjoy the autumn colors and hope to return to this property in future years during this season.
The house is equipped for a family to have a pleasant stay with books, games, a few selected toys for kids, and Nintendo system.
The master bedroom has enough room to comfortably bring a pack n play or bassinet for young children to sleep in.
One complaint I do have is having the option to childproof the cabinet under the Kitchen sink. This cabinet contains cleaning chemicals. We searched the junk drawer and other cabinets but could not find a childproof locking device.
This truly was a cozy mountain townhome as advertised. We did not hear anything from the unit next door in this townhome.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Very quiet with all the amenities you’d need in a vacation rental. Comfortable beds & furniture and a lovely outdoor living space. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking gear & dinner wear. The bonus was a garage for parking your car or storing your outdoor gear. We visited Monument Valley, the Grand Canyon, the Meteor Crater, Page (slot canyon & Horseshoe Bend) & Sedona AZ. This was a nice centralized location for all the activities we had planned and we had fabulous weather too. I would definitely rent this condo again if we return to the area.

Beds were super comfy and big! So many times my husband and I struggle in small beds that lumpy. Home was clean. We enjoyed cooking and watching a movie with our lumberjacks!

This charming condo has all the right details. First of all, the weather in Flagstaff was perfect during our stay - soft gentle clouds bringing out the rich natural beauty of the golf course seen right through the living room window. The decor is fitting and compliments the environment outside. Best of all is the cozy open back yard, with plenty of seating to enjoy the wonderful trees and golf course greens.

Our family had a great stay. It was kid friendly and the kids loved the bunks as well. All the neighbors were friendly and we really enjoyed watching the golfers. We really appreciated how well stocked the townhome was with great pans, towels, coffeemaker and blankets. It was a great stay and will hopefully be back soon.
