When you enter this condo at First Tracks, there is a convenient area for hanging your coats, a bench for removing your shoes and boots, and plenty of cubby holes to store everyone's belongings off the floor. The full kitchen has everything you need to make a fabulous four-course meal for your family or a simple lunch before hitting the slopes in the morning. There is a large breakfast bar with seating and a wood dining table with additional seating. The living area includes leather sofas, a large HDTV, and a Blu-ray player. There is also a deck with a sitting area off the living room with great views of Steamboat Ski Resort. The main bedroom includes an attached bathroom and great views out each window! If you need to check back in at the office while on vacation or research your next outdoor adventure in Steamboat, there is a small office workspace where you can set up your laptop and utilize the free WiFi. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids. Off the hallway, you'll find a washer/dryer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
