Fabulous. Fantastic. Awesome. First, we are very picky renters so when I say we were happy beyond belief, please know it’s the highest compliment we can give. The location downtown Pensacola was perfect. All amenities were provided and high end. The condo was very clean, beautifully appointed and the bed was great! We had trouble with the TV and the owner reacted immediately to fixed the problem. She said it’s their desire to make sure we are happy. If you asked me to grade it between 1 - 10 with 1 being the lowest, we give them 100. When we are back to visit, this will be the only place we will even consider. PS The donut shop below must be your first stop!

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. We were looking for a place downtown near all the restaurants and shops and this was a perfect location. The apartment was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. The balcony overlooking Palafox was the perfect place to unwind. Deborah was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely rent again!

My wife and I enjoyed the rental very much. Working with Deborah was wonderful, and she was very helpful listing different places to visit while we were in town. We had travel issues, but Deborah was very helpful and quick to communicate with us as needed. They made us feel very welcome and at home! The loft itself was perfectly located in the heart of downtown, and we loved the layout. Going to the beach was a quick and easy drive. We can’t wait to go back!

We stayed Thursday through Sunday in July while in town for a wedding. The location cannot be beat! Walking distance to everything and convenient secured parking around the corner. The apartment is furnished perfectly. Classical yet cozy. You really feel like this is your home away from home and not some generic rental. It has everything you need for a stay (and then some)! The hosts were great and easy to get in touch with. I would absolutely stay here again if we get the chance to visit Pensacola in the future.

While the photos are accurate, they don't do this place justice - it's really lovely. The location is perfect, you can walk all around town; to the pier, to Seville Quarter and to tons of restaurants and bars. If you want stuff for the kitchen, stop before you arrive, there are no convenience or grocery stores nearby. We stayed at a "Vacasa" property in Ft. Walton prior to staying here and the owners of that outrageously overly expensive beachside condo need to take lessons from this host; this is truly a gem.

Enjoyed this lovely loft apartment . Architecture and quality of construction, appliances, furniture , and bath facilities were much appreciated . Being downtown and able to walk to several restaurants and still spend mornings at the beach in few minutes was enjoyable. Vrbo and Deb checked on our check-in experience that day without being called and all went smoothly. The parking felt secure in a separate lot although we overpacked and luckily are in pretty good shape so making several trips and up stairs for block and a half would be tough for anyone with mobility issues. This was explained in the sites description so we knew what to expect. There was good lighting and security cameras in the alley and stairwell going into the building. Second story balcony perfect for early morning coffee, sometimes noisy at night ,being right downtown. Would definitely rent it again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in downtown Pensacola! The condo was absolutely beautiful, the location perfect and the balcony was so lovely. Deborah was so helpful in getting us checked in and very attentive to all of our needs. We would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

This apartment gave us a wow factor the moment we stepped into it. A beautiful original building that has been renovated with stunning features. We really loved it. It was lovely to be on Palafox St with all the restaurants and cafes in walking distance. We were even in walking distance of the Ever'man Coop grocery store. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking Palafox and chatting with the neighbors. Very enjoyable visit.

Beautiful loft overlooking Palafox in an awesome location with private parking. Walking distance [ 4 blocks or less ] to most everything. Deborah was very helpful and accommodating !

The friendliest place I’ve ever stayed. Deborah is the best. She always made me feel at home. She also gave me advice that I now carry on into future relationships. Apartment was great. In the middle of everything. Baseball tickets she provided me was the best. If I’m ever looking for a place downtown again…..Deborah and her apartments will definitely be my first choice. She was not only my landlord for a month but a friend. Thank you so much!

The best VRBO yet

I’ve stayed at VRBOs all over the country, by myself and with family and friends. This trip I was solo and I was so happy with my stay. The loft is beautiful with comfortable (and pretty) furniture, a kitchen with everything you’d need, wifi and fantastic shower pressure (hey, I like a decent shower). This was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever been to! I’ll be booking this one again. Oh, you are right in the middle of shops, bars and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect location for our wedding half a mile away. As the bride i stayed alone the first night and was able to wake up to a peaceful coffee on the balcony over looking palafox street. My groom and I stayed enjoyed the apartment together the next two nights and it was always a great, easy location. We were able to walk around to several shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at a terrific location. Deborah made the experience very easy, and the private downtown parking made the entire experience effortless. The loft had all of the conveniences needed and a one of a kind balcony view of downtown Pensacola. I definately would recommend this property to anyone who loves people watching and relaxing but still wants to be right in the middle of everything Palafox has to offer.
