About this cabin rental
Situated in Pagosa Springs, this charming cabin for $673 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms was built in 2021 and ready for you to enjoy. Located on a quiet cul-de sac you will be amazed by both the southern and northern views from the spacious front deck as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner or drinks. The living room, kitchen master bedroom / bathroom and a power room are located on the 2nd floor. The living room is perfect for the family gathering as you enjoy the gas fireplace or TV and has access to the front deck. The kitchen is large and ready for all of the chefs in your group. The living, dining and kitchen are all one room. There is a powder room on the way to the king bed master suite which has an amazing soaking tub, large shower and walk-in master closet. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV and this room has private access to the front deck as well. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, laundry area and mud room as well as access to the full 2 car garage. One bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV, views and next to a full bathroom. The next room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds for the kids. Down the hall is the laundry area and then to a queen bedroom with private bathroom, private exterior door, small refrigerator and microwave. This home is located in the downtown Pagosa Springs area where you are close to the hot springs, all of the downtown shopping and a selection of great restaurants and bars. This home is located about 20 min from the Wolf Creek Ski basin. ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES. This home is now pet friendly. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog and an additional $100.00 refundable pet deposit. 2 dog max unless authorized. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

We were 3 couples traveling to SW Colorado by motorcycle. This was a fantastic place to relax at the end of our riding days. We all had plenty of room and privacy, and enjoyed the deck for some stargazing. Will definitely rent this property again.

This property was exactly as described. If I could give more stars, I would. It was more than what was expected. Very clean, beautiful views of the mountains, and a very nice quiet neighborhood, close to downtown shopping and the springs. I highly recommend this property. Great communication throughout our stay.

The home was outstanding - it is in almost new condition and the architecture is modern and pleasing. We love being close enough to downtown Pagosa to walk to good restaurants, the springs, and shopping. The managing staff was very responsive and helpful. Definitely an experience to repeat!

This property is located right in town and has everything your family needs to create fun memories. Our family of 6 had more than enough space. The house is in great condition. We saw wild turkeys and deer throughout the very quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home & location! The view was superb! The home is nicely decorated and had all the items we needed to be able to cook at eat at the house when we wanted to. We were there when it snowed A LOT, and the roads around the area were closed. They had a plow out by noon and we were able to get out. VIP services were wonderful in taking care of getting the items we requested for Valentine's Day before we arrived. Would definitely go back!

My ONLY complaint…the mattress in the master is as hard as a rock. Just a heads up for someone looking for something softer. That being said, I would stay here again in a minute and just bring a mattress topper.

The property is wonderful! Our favorite thing was the deck for morning coffee and afternoon/evening snacks because the view is amazing! It’s a quick drive into town for shopping and the hot springs. We’d definitely rent this property again!

This was a wonderful house, very clean and modern, with excellent space and amazing views. We really enjoyed our coffee on the porch in the mornings, and grilling out on the porch once or twice. The kitchen is phenomenal, with everything you will need (plus a bit more). It's also walkable to most of Pagosa Springs. I highly recommend it, and would stay there again. Also, loved Pagosa Springs overall.
