We really enjoyed this space. Wide and open space on the first floor made for such a fun time hanging out while keeping an eye on the 3 year olds. There wasnt anything that felt dangerous for the kids. The bedrooms were perfeclty comfortable. The best part was this house was only a 25 minute drive to the mountain, making a quick trip for us when we went snowboarding.
If youre looking for a space for your group - this js it!

This property was all it was advertised to be. It was very cozy, close to town and accommodated our family quite well. The deck was scrapped and driveway cleared on the days we received some weather. Loved staying here and hope to check it out again in the summer!

My husband and I stayed at this riverfront retreat with three of our friends. The home was spotless, and in a great riverfront location close to downtown Pagosa Springs. The only improvement I would recommend is fully outfitting the kitchen for real cooking, and providing more wine glasses and drinking glasses.

Indeed it is with the San Juan gurgling past. We had beautiful blue skies, golden cottonwoods and aspens and nighttime fires with stars galore. Four couples, huge kitchen and great memories!

We loved staying at the Yellowstone Riverside cabin. Great location close to town, but tucked away so it was very peaceful and private. We spent most of the time enjoying the patio and outdoors, but the interior of the cabin is fantastic as well. We hope to be back soon!

Yellowstone Riverside is an exceptional private, Colorado vacation 8-10 acre estate/retreat property! There was multiple deer and much wildlife on property every morning and evening. The home itself is beautiful and right on the San Juan river, the river is literally steps right off the spacious deck on the rear of house. There is a large, open but covered garage that is perfect loading/unloading your vehicle and provides another great space to hang out as well with an awesome new hot tub and sitting area as well. The property also features stables, horse pasture, private lake with walking trail surrounding it! The location is perfect just a couple miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. The home is very spacious, with multiple living areas, very large kitchen with industrial appliances and large kitchen table. On top of all that the folks at iTrip Vacations Pagosa Springs were awesome to work with, they are very proactive with their communication and exceptionally responsive and helpful before, during and after your stay! We were not disappointed in anyway during stay!

Fantastic location. This property is an unbelievable value. I have stayed in many rental properties that failed to live up to their pictures and descriptions. This is one of the ones that exceeds!

Had a great time at this property, nice a quiet, Close to town. Property had ample room for 10. Highly recommend. While we were there, Pagosa Springs had construction going on for high speed internet. This is really the only thing missing.

Beautiful ranch property right on the San Juan River.

The house was even nicer than we expected. It looked brand new. All four bedrooms are upstairs with two full baths upstairs and the half bath downstairs. We have outgrown bunkbeds, so we greatly appreciated the three queen beds and the king sized bed in the master bedroom.

The property was amazing, the views are stunning and what you would see out of a Colorado magazine! When entering the property you immediately see the grand home/cabin with a beautiful pond in front with a walking trail around it. The house was clean and cozy with a beautiful kitchen with all upscale appliances for those who enjoy a longer stay and love to cook. After a day in Pagosa Springs shopping coming back to a relaxing outdoor hot tub was great. The fire pit area with log benches was a hit with the kids. I could go on and on about this place!!

If you need to get away and feel at home - this is your desitination. The tranquillity my family and I found here was immeasurable. Beautiful views and wonderful accommodations - we even met some wildlife and horses! Riverfront property that you could be next to for hours. Hot tub and fire pit were functional and provided us with more amenities than we could imagine! Thank you Yellowstone

Incredible property with nice fishing on the river. The view from the master bedroom and balcony were absolutely stunning. The view from the deck was absolutely stunning as well.
It's good to know the pond is not stocked, beds are old and need to updated. Kitchen knifes absolutely need to be upgraded too. Also good to know the property is directly off the highway and you could here traffic quite often.
We also had the wrong code to get in the door upon our arrival...
Property was A++
Amenities was C- for the price.
All the family had trouble sleeping on the beds as they're too old and worn out.
Hopefully the owners upgrade a few things sorely needed and I think all guests would give it a perfect review.
We're big anglers so that helped to give it a 4.5 star review!

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. There was so much to enjoy from animal watching (deer, birds, geese) to fishing to sitting and enjoying the river. The porches were wonderful and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare family meals. The beds were also comfortable and the bedrooms were a good size. Great place for families to enjoy with plenty of room inside and outside.

We mostly enjoyed our visit to the Yellowstone property in Pagosa. The location was good, the fireplace and hot tub were certainly a bonus, and the views were spectacular. However, one incident stood out as unusual.
The first morning around 10:30 am, a man of average height and light colored hair showed up unannounced. My family had left earlier to go to the ski resort. I, a female, was there alone, still in my pajamas, sipping on coffee in front of the fireplace when I saw a man outside walking along the deck. My gazed followed his walk around to the front door, where to my surprise, he keyed in the lock code and walked in. I have to admit, I was caught off guard and a frightened to say the least. He did not knock or give a polite wave from the window, just walked straight in. (I find this scenario remarkably odd and if I am being honest invasive.) When he entered, he did not identify himself, although he claimed he was checking in and apologized about the refrigerator (which we were told prior was not working). We did not receive a text or call indicating someone was coming by. The man never introduced himself and did not say why he was there. He step inside the door and shut it behind him. We visited for a few minutes and then he left. I personally find this unacceptable. Throughout the weekend, I felt somewhat unsettled, laced with anxiety. Furthermore, my husband was concerned about leaving me alone the next day when he had planned to take the family back up to the ski resort.
I have to share, that I do find it incredibly strange that he would just come in, unannounced whether we were there or not. Several questions arise. If we weren't there, would he have gone through our belongings? It would have appeared we weren't there as the only vehicle we drove to the cabin was not there when he arrived.
Following our stay, I sent a message to ITrips the property managers. They wrote back indicating they were going to talk to the owner of the company and the maintenance crew and would get back with my shortly. A week went by and I never heard from anyone so I sent another message. At which point they said they had a meeting about it.
Beyond the unusual activity I would recommend upgrading the sheets in some of the rooms. In the primary bedroom, the sheets were super thin, frayed, and pilly. And the toilet paper throughout was pretty lame—Rough and thin-ply paper.
The close location to town was a plus and the views were great!
