This elegant condo located in our Pioneer Park Condos has had a recent make-over from head to toe! The owner of this unit has a background in interior design and has brought the spark to this unit. The elegance of this condo is only the beginning of a great time you will have here. Our condos are only a 10 minute walk from the heart of downtown Bend, we are also just steps away from the Deschutes River. This condo is a great home base for either working from home or while vacationing. You will have access to all things Central Oregon and more. There is room enough for 4 persons. 2 can sleep in the master bedroom where there is a king size bed and 2 more can sleep comfortably on the queen sofa bed in the living room. Plus there are 2 full size bathrooms in this condo, a full size kitchen with all your cooking needs, a great living space with plenty of comfy places to sit and relax after a fun filled day in Bend. Also included in this condo is a grill on the patio for your BBQ cravings! We can say with out a doubt that this is the condo to stay at in Bend, you will have all you home comfort needs and the personal touches of our designer savvy owner.

Perfect little place. Well appointed and the location couldn’t have been better. The walk along the river is just beautiful. We enjoyed the short walk downtown everyday.

First time staying in Bend. Had a wonderful time. Condo was nice and clean. Very quiet. Close to the river where we could have a nice walk in the evenings. Great location. Condo had everything we needed. Beds were a little hard but not terrible. Would stay here again.

Great location but our apartment floor was absolutely filthy. The bathroom sink was blocked and the other bathroom looked clean but smelled like sewage. The apartment itself was comfortable. Communication was good.

We were in Bend for the week visiting family. This condo was lovely and exceptionally well-furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, too. It’s a short walk to downtown and the parks. We’ve stayed at Bend Riverside properties in the past. But, look forward to staying in 144/145 Deschutes and Ladders condo again on a future trip!

Not ski season, no events, not summer vacation! This well-appointed, nicely decorated conco complex, a 15-minute stroll from downtown had vacancies. Unusual judging from the available appliances and such, so I can't comment on noise. It was quiet with perfect climate when I was there in early May.. Dark floor, area rugs, palest yellow paint. Pleasant full baths.

The property is an old hotel turned into condo units. There is noise from upper floor if occupied. Our unit was well furnished, The world map on the wall is great for conversation. We enjoyed our visit with our independent and self sufficient grandkids that are in the area.
It is like you are renting from two agencies, VRBO and the property management company. I prefer to rent directly from the owner.

We enjoyed our time in Bend at this property. There was a concern about a lack of cleaning when we first arrived (kitchen counters/dining rm table weren't clean, dirty towels left in the unit), but the manager apologized and offered reassurance that this was not the norm. She promptly refunded our cleaning deposit. Overall, it's a lovely unit to stay in - nice interior design touches and comfortable bed/furniture. Really enjoyed the gas fireplace to take off the chill of very cold weather and added a nice ambience. The site does indicate that it's an older unit, and we were definitely able to hear the people above us - very loud 'cracking' noises that were somewhat loud and somewhat unnerving during the late hours. Despite these minor issues, we would stay here again.

My wife and I thought the bed was extremely hard and could certainly use a memory foam topper. Very uncomfortable. The unit also needs a second TV in the bedroom. We stayed in other condos with exact configurations and the TV in the main room was across the room rather than in the corner beside the sliding door. Sitting on the couch and watching TV, you have to bend your head back to see the television and after a while it gets very uncomfortable. While the condo was appointed nicely, we will certainly choose another unit next time.

We had a great experience at this property. The location was perfect and was a great home base for a weekend full of activities. The unit had all the amenities we needed and had a great kitchen and living room setup.

This was the perfect spot for our mini vacation to Bend. The small kitchen was well stocked, full sized fridge and AC. The AC was essential while we were here as it was 100+ outside! We did walk downtown one day, but due to the heat we normally drove. Had it been cooler it is an easy walk to the downtown area. Great place to stay, quiet, peaceful and very comfortable!

We had four adults comfortably stay here, the pull out couch was quite comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has all the necessities despite being small. Location is an easy walk to downtown and the river path. We’d definitely stay here again.

Bend in the River
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The walks along the River were great and not too crowded. The beds were super comfortable. I loved the pillows so much, I wanted to take them home. The map on the wall was a real hit, and now my husband wants one at home. The kitchen was a bit small to do a lot of cooking, but we managed. The location was a real plus for getting any where we needed to go. I also appreciated the excellent lighting.

Nice clean apartment
The place is described accurately. The building itself have some bad sound insulation though. So when people upstairs or downstairs use the toilet or shower, we can hear the water running through the pipes. There is a lack of sign around the area, so it took us some time to find the apartment in the dark at 11PM. There wasn't any sign that points to the 100s building, the area could have used that.
Those are the only complaints really. It was clean. Lots of towels provided. Nice decor. Lots of parking spaces available. Short walk from downtown (10minutes maybe?)

Perfect Weekend Getaway
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend away. The property had everything you needed for our stay, and we could have stayed even longer with ease. Very clean, nice touches, and a great place to stay. Ideal location to downtown and the walking path along the river, too.
