ATTENTION: Please be thoughtful to the current drought condition in Sedona and follow the restrictions below from the fire department to avoid causing a fire: Stage 1 fire restrictions prohibit igniting, building, maintaining or using a fire including charcoal or briquettes. Exceptions: Charcoal or briquettes may be used at one and two family dwellings or fixed site restaurants when used in commercially produced appliances with a tight fitting lid that is in place while the appliance is in use. Petroleum fueled stoves and appliances are also allowed. Stage I restrictions also prohibit smoking in public outside of an enclosed vehicle or building. While smoking outside on private property is not regulated it is not advisable. _____________________________________________________________________________This sweet, spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms home is in a perfect location, nested in quiet, lovely neighborhood of West Sedona, super close to entertainment, food, shopping, and trails. Beautiful red rock views. Extremely fast WIFI Internet, cable TV, Amazon Prime, & security system. During pandemic, we use the air filters with the highest PRF level, level 10 which might filter out the virus carrier. We also provide Air Purifier with UVC (Ultraviolet) light. The UVC light might kill airborne virus. This house has a backyard with enclosed fence which is safe for pets. The house exterior needs a major facelift and the interior had a very minor update. The tub would not drain in one of the bathrooms.

This is a lovely home that worked for our group of 8. Only concerns to share are that there is a fire pit listed as an amenity but there was no firewood. There is a fireplace inside but cannot be used. There is a gas fire table outside but there was no gas available. We were looking forward to having a fire so that was disappointing.
Other thing to know is that one of the bedrooms is an add-on to the house and there is no heat there. There is a wood burning stove for heat but no wood available.

Thomas and Crystal were great hosts. House was clean, spacious, and had everything we could need. The location was perfect! The thermostat stopped working the last 2 days and Thomas tried to help as much as he could, even scheduling an electrician. Thankfully, he had small portable heaters in the house and that helped a lot. This was a great place to spend New Years!

Thomas and Crystal were great hosts. House was clean, spacious, and had everything we could need. The location was perfect! Thankfully, he had small portable heaters in the house and that helped a lot. This was a great place to spend New Years!

The house is just as described. Plenty of rooms and beds for my party of 8 to sleep comfy in. Easy to find and very close to town.

One Night Stay Review
Overall a fine spot to enjoy time with a larger group of family and friends. We did need to air it out upon arrival due to strong cigarette smoke smell. Additionally one of the beds was not made up and the kitchen lacked a few staples that would have been helpful, especially when providing a space for larger groups to stay (i.e. cooking oil). Definitely a little pricey for quality of stay given other options in Sedona at that same price range, but a great location and will be a good enough place to stay when little else is available.

Arrived to soaking wet furniture covers pooling water on the floor. The couches were soaked until the next day. All bath rugs were soaking wet. The TV remote was dead, so we bought batteries to be able to watch TV. I tried both the property manager & owner, and both calls went to voice-mail. At 10PM there was a very loud knock at the door. It was the police who said there was a problem. The owner arrived and saw our vehicle in the driveway and reported that somebody was in his house. To be clear, we had a confirmed stay and paid in full. Instead of checking his calendar he called 911. The next day I got a call from the property manager, who said she actually only cleans the house, and had someone fill in for her for our stay. She tried to make things right, and was very sweet. Condition- we had to clean up after someone else's dog, sit on wet furniture, the AC was a mystery since it was very comfortable the first night, but got up to 80 the next night. The fencing outside was falling down and the screen door to the porch was torn almost completely, so it did not keep flying insects out. We will not stay there again. Being treated as criminals was really too much. In speaking to Crystal about the police being called, we were told he has done this before.

Great property in west Sedona!
The house was clean and easy to navigate with a lovely back porch and comfortable beds. Good accessibility to west Sedona. Would recommend buying firewood to enjoy the fire pit!
