You and your guests will have a memorable experience in our quiet, cozy and perfectly-located home in West Sedona near shops restaurants and hiking trails. Our pet & family friendly 2-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience, quiet outdoor picnic space….and views of Thunder Mountain from the living room! Great for a hikers, bikers, families travelling with kids. Should your group need more space you could rent both units with the lower level unit (one bedroom studio with full kitchen)—just inquire with us! - The Home - Large smart TV in living room with cable and set with streaming | Dining table for 4-8 (with table leaf and additional chairs provided) | Central A/C & heating | Lighting Fast WiFi | Families/Groups Welcome | Second Level Unit | All One Level inside| Quiet, Mature Neighborhood | Linens/towels/soaps provided | Full sized washer/dryer BEDS: Bedroom 1: King Bed + Toddler Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Living Area: Queen Air Mattress KITCHEN: Well-equipped w/ appliances, gas stove, drip coffee maker, toaster, full pots and pans, bakeware and knife sets PARKING: Parking for 2-3 cars in private driveway (it can fit more but we share this large driveway with the unit below but still plenty of space for large or extra vehicles) PETS: Up to two Pets welcome with (per pet) fee - Personal Note - The owners use this home often and have enjoy having some of their gently used furniture here along with brand new comfy beds, kitchen items, linens, etc. Your comfort means a lot to us so we hope you will come, relax and enjoy our special home!

Located in a small, quiet, neighborhood full of trees, this place was perfect. Still close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. Easy, short distance drive to all we wanted to do during our week.
Clean and comfortable with a red rock mountain view from living room and kitchen. Well stocked kitchen made food prep/cleanup easy and quick. So helpful to have washer and dryer, also. Greatly appreciated the Red Rock pass which we used for entrance to two heritage sites.
Owners were in touch and available.

Property has all you could want from a 2 bedroom let in the area. Good trails to explore nearby, convenient for shops. Sedona is a stunningly beautiful area with lenty to do. Also within reach of the grand canyon. Slight hiccup when arrived and cleaning still needed but owner acted promptly to resolve the situation, which is all you can ask for in such a situation. Would recommend to anyone. Highlight of our US trip.

Great apartment, spacious kitchen and living room, very well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona, just a short drive away from many trails (e.g. Soldiers Pass, Devils Bridge, Boynton Canyon,Bear Mountain). Beautiful red rock views from the living room and nice outdoor area as well. Brooke & Tim were great at communicating prior to and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend & would book again for our next Sedona trip!

The Upper Level Duplex was perfect for our stay in Sedona! Beautiful views from both the kitchen and living room areas. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet a close drive to hiking, shopping, and dinners out. The duplex itself was very nice, clean and very comfortable beds! Tim and Brooke were wonderful to work with and were always available. Our Sedona vacation was amazing, just what we needed and we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had a great stay of 17 nights! The house is an ideal location. The place is very clean and cool. The king size bed in the master bedroom is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The host, Brooke, I’d a fantastic person. Communication was excellent and she was very flexible to accommodate a couple extra requests we had. I will recommend this house to friends. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed 3 nights with my 2 adult children. It was amazing! The views are breathtaking and we were located within minutes from the center of town and multiple hiking spots. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of cooking our own meals. The hosts were perfect! They were super accommodating, communicative, and easy to get reach. Overall, this was one of my best vacations ever!

House was in a great location - right near all the shops, grocery stores, and hikes. The scenery right outside our window was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
