About this towable trailer rental
Situated in Seattle, this charming towable trailer for $227 per night is a great option for your next break. A great little ultralight trailer to experience the Pacific Northwest, all stocked and ready to go, smoke and pet free. No better trailer for the newbie or veteran camper, perfect for family trips or extra sleeping space for company at your own home. At only 20ft you can fit into most places larger RVs cannot, and with the slide out it's bigger than it looks.
We like to provide our renters with a “ready to go” experience. Fully stocked kitchen comes with utensils, dishes/bowls, pots and pans, Keurig Coffee maker, convection microwave, 3.7 cu. ft. fridge and freezer to keep your camping food cold, 2 burner propane stove plus large size sink for easy cleanup, 24" TV, air conditioning, bath w/toilet and small shower, and USB ports to keep your phones & tablets charged.
Sleeps 2 adults & child - The main bed has an upgraded luxury queen mattress and the dining table/couch area can be easily converted to a twin bed, perfect for kids.
Our trailer is roomy, comfortable, in a spotless condition, and ready for your next adventure! Trailer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in between renters and we use EPA approved disinfectants against Covid-19.
Equipped with stereo and external speakers, a 10 ft awning and lights make it great even in typically wet PNW weather! There is an outdoor sprayer for spraying off feet, etc.
WHATS INCLUDED
*The kitchen is equipped with a three way refrigerator, overhead and under the sink cabinets, countertop/prep space and a two burner stove.
*Fully stocked kitchen includes: silverware, plastic dishware, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, pots & pans, knives, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishsoap and sponge, dishtowel,oven mitts
*Blankets, throw pillows, bedding and pillows for the main bed only.
*Broom/dustpan, spray cleaner, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper
*RV has a large 10 ft awning, and we will include 2 basic camp chairs and outdoor carpet.
*Wheel chocks, fresh-water hose & pressure regulator, sewer hose, leveling blocks/pads, 30-amp to 20-amp electrical adapter.
*1 flashlight, lighter for the stove, and first aid kit.
* Additional items you may need are disposable supplies - paper towels, napkins, paper plates, and garbage bags
* Bring your own toiletries, soap, shampoo, towels, as well as a cooler, bug spray, more flashlights.
ADD ONS
Brake Controller - If your vehicle is not equipped with an Electric Brake Controller, you'll need to rent ours for $25 per trip
Gas/Propane Generator - A great accessory for camping off the grid where electrical hookups are not available - $25 day
Outland Firebowl - Everyone likes a campfire, here's a great solution when wood isn't easily available or burn bans are in effect - $10 day
Solera Infrared BBQ Grill - While camper comes with a propane stove, sometimes you want to BBQ w/ a good grill! $25 per trip
RULES
Experience towing required
Please be prepared to show your valid driver’s license at the time of pickup.
You MUST be 25 years of age or older to secure this rental
Do not climb on roof
Do not exceed 70 MPH
Lost keys $25
Renter is responsible for all tolls, tickets and fines
No Smoking inside the RV and No Pets allowed or security deposit is forfeited.
No secondary renting to other people
No off-roading!
CLEANING
Interior Cleaning Fee $75 - Trailer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in between renters and we use EPA approved disinfectants against Covid-19, including bathroom, floors, all surfaces and bedding. If camper is returned clean, only the $75 fee will apply. Extreme dirt will increase this fee based on severity. Excessive interior grime, stains, dirt or smoke damage requiring deep cleaning will incur additional fees for supplies and/or required contracted cleaning services.
Exterior Washing Fee – Campers are large and washing them is not easy. If the camper exterior requires washing upon return (extreme dirt and bugs will incur this extra fee) an additional fee of $75 will be deducted from Security Deposit.
PROPANE
Please return the Pod with both propane tanks full. Do not have time to refill? We will refill them for $40 per tank, which will be deducted from Security Deposit.
SEPTIC
Waste (black and gray water) tanks must be emptied, rinsed and cleaned out prior to return, if not, additional fees apply. Run out of time or decide you don't want to dump the septic tanks at the end of your trip? Bring them back full and we'll dump them for you for $100, which will be deducted from Security Deposit.
LATE FEE
What if I am late to bring the trailer back? Contact us and we can discuss the circumstance. Late fee is usually $65 an hour. If late return interferes with another booking, the $65 per hour fee will have an additional $125 administrative fee which will be deducted from your Security Deposit to reimburse the renters who expected to have a trailer ready that day!
