The interior is bright and uncluttered, offering an open kitchen with a breakfast bar for four, where you can have hearty breakfasts and hot lunches between ski runs. Spend your evenings watching movies on the sectional before retiring to two bedrooms, wonderfully separated on either side of the living area, where each bedroom has a wonderful view of the mountain and its own bathroom. Come play in Steamboat Resort's bountiful recreation and world-class powder with a stay at this modern and well-appointed condo. With access to community amenities, including a fitness center, a heated outdoor pool, a game room, three outdoor hot tubs, and even a gondola that will deliver you to the base of the mountain, it has all the makings for an unforgettable mountainside vacation! Right next door to Trailhead Lodge, this condo gives you plenty of options, whether your interests lie in exploring the nearby slopes or relaxing at home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. My wife and I stayed there from June 19 to 23 2023. We felt at home. Everything is well thought out to the smallest detail - from the front door code sent by email to the chargers by the bed . The rooms are very clean and there are excellent crockery and kitchen utensils. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning, which several fans in the room could not replace. We advise everyone who loves hiking and hot mineral springs to visit this place.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was super clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and just a few minutes walk to the gondola to get to the ski resort . We used the free Vacasa shuttle every day to get to the grocery store and downtown for dinner. It was so convenient and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. The hot tub, game room and gym facility at Trailhead Lodge were also very clean and great to have access to use. So close! We had the best skiing days and look forward to our next stay! Thanks so much!

There is a new Gondola about a 3 minute walk from the condo. All the amenities are also in the same area. Trip to the base is 10 minutes without worrying about parking. Vacasa also has a shuttle which can take you to the mountain or the town. Having separate bedrooms from the living area is also very helpful. Highly recommend.

Clean and awesome spot- great location and great unit. If you’re showing up after hours good luck! Not easy to find entrance and the lodge staff bails at 6. Laundry in unit does NOT work!! Please don’t advertise in unit laundry until it is fixed. Otherwise loved it and will absolutely be back.

First tracks is a great location. In a quiet neighborhood, but walkable to the gondola. Great pool and hot tubs too. Unit was clean, comfy, and well stocked.
