Comfortable beds and pillows and bedding. Wish the hot tub could’ve been used 24/7. Came in at about 1:30am and had a long travel day so body was hurting. The hot tub would’ve helped a lot. And had to be up to go in the morning right away.

Specifically booked this hotel to have extended parking for a flight. Was told we could do it because they had to save spaces for an event. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked there. The bed was horrible and hard. It was so hot in the room and the thermostat didn’t work. Overall not impressed for the amount I paid!!

Hotel that has a free airport shuttle and says parking available made me an assume I could park there for my travel. Misleading and when I asked the staff what I could do they were no help.

The pool was neat, wish the hot tubs would have been available. Our room was hot, turned the heat all the way down and was still hot, had to shut off the heat to make it tolerable. The beds were hard but the couch was comfortable. Wish there was a continental breakfast available. Not a terrible stay but could use a few improvements.

It was all really great…. The only thing was that I am sensitive to fragrances and the hotel shampoo/soap etc was SO STRONG!!! It gave me a headache and I could hardly sleep….. 😞

We go to hotels mainly to sleep. Studies show that one of the main factors in being able to sleep is a cool room. Although there was a thermostat in the room, there was no control over the temperature. It was too warm, I kept waking up. I arrived exhausted, yet could not get a good night's sleep.

We stay here often and love the convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful. I noticed that the fire doors on 6th floor wouldn't stay open. Not a problem unless I had mobility problems.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean for the most part, but there was quite a bit of dust behind an end table I pulled out to.plug in my phone charger. It wasn't a game changer for me, but if someone has allergies, it could be an issue. All in all, it was good experience. Nice and close to the airport.

During your travels you need to stay at a hotel close to the airport The Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport should be considered. Airport shuttles start very early in the morning, I caught mind at 4:30AM.

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable, but needed some updating. A bit long in the tooth. The gal working in the restaurant while we had breakfast was super friendly and accomodating. Give her a raise! The guys working behind the desk were either stressed or overworked. They need to be more personable. Maybe give them a day off?

This must be an older building because when I got to my room it was freezing- and when I asked for the temp to be adjusted they said that individual rooms cannot be adjusted, all they can do is bring me a space heater. Which they did, but it seemed ridiculous to need a space heater to stay warm in a nicer hotel.

Hotel is very dated, but fine as it is a quick ride to and from MSP airport with a curtesy shuttle every 30 minutes. Check in was with a wonderful, friendly, capable, professional front desk manager and she was the only one there. But, it was Friday night @ 8pm, mobbed with incoming registered guests waiting to check into rooms. She also had to cover the phones and people paying for items from little store. She was swamped! For the price of the room, check-in should have been smother. Do better Hilton. Get more workers.

Lighting poor, particularly in the bathroom. Also bathroom counters too high for me. I am a petite 4'10" woman. I will need a stool if we stay again. So what do families with kids do???

I'm from Arizona and it was very cold up in Minnesota where we stayed and apparently the rooms aren't climate control in each room and the hotel said they hadn't switched to heat yet and our room was about 40 degrees in there...we froze all night long and didn't get any sleep and had to get on the plane at 7 o'clock the next morning and was miserable...

We loved that there was a box fan in the room for sleeping and getting ready for the wedding. Also the pool and exercise room were very nice for unwinding before the wedding. We had a delicious breakfast and GREAT service at the blue water grill restaurant. Excellent.

I was stuck unexpectedly an extra night as weather caused a bunch of cancellations including my flight. I was exhausted and tired and the staff was so nice and welcoming and got through everything quickly in spite of a line of very tired travelers. The restaurant staff was also doing everything they could to make sure everyone could be served before closing as there was only 45 min before they shut down. Finally the driver who took us at 430 the next day was so nice and helpful. The staff made a very stressful situation just a bit better! Thank you!

Loved the convenience near airport. Staff was friendly and responsive. The one issue was the door battery—it wasn’t working and I couldn’t access Room 321. Went back to front desk and had to wait for staff to accompany me to room w portable battery starter. I did not leave my room until I checked out so as not to go through that drama again.
