There were some ants in the room around the windows and carpeted area along the bathroom. Towels that should of been tossed or bleached as there were some stains on them.

Nice hotel. Close to the airport and love the shuttle service. Good breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff and they even have a small menu to order pizza, wings and burgers. The shuttle will take you to other restaurants nearby and to the mall of America.

We were unable to stay due to flight changes. The front desk charged us anyway, telling us to call the GM for customer service. Our calls have been ignored and not returned. Not the customer service we expected from a Hyatt Place.

I was a bit surprised to be asked to pay for parking ; appreciate you might have issue with people leaving cars here for long term and not being a guest but I find it odd you would charge for this outside the city center

Parking lot was full so we couldn’t park there for our stay. We were told to try 2 other locations to park but both were full. Will not be staying here again.

Not a good stay. I was there for 1 day. Checked in later in the evening. Person checking me in was busy talking to someone else about there admiration for Bruce Jenner. Should have been checking me in. Took 35 minutes to check in. In the morning when I walked to the elevator, ,there was a person sleeping on the floor by the elevator. I told the front desk and there response was - that must be the person we have been looking for all night. Not good for what I expect from a Hyatt. I expected first class stay.

Excellent service. Was nice to havetghe shuttle drivers that take you to / from the airport, Mall of America and restataunts close by. All three of them were friendly and helpful. Staff was friendly and room was clean and tended daily. Sofabed was nice to have the third bed / kids each had their own bed. Decent breakfast and pool. Only complaint was not enough hot water and low pressure in the shower and often had to go into the back of the toilet tank to get it to refill. Located close to the airport and mall. Woukd definitely stay again.

Shower water has no pressure at all. Outlets by the mirror don’t work. One bed mattress was dis formed and very comfortable, the water in the pool was freezing cold first night, second night full of un chaperoned kids being very reckless and disrespectful. Pool also had floating dirt and hair balls. Not a great experience for our family!

The room was as advertised, spacious and clean. Staff was so friendly I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was really good plenty of options just wish there was chocolate milk or hot chocolate.

No communication about pool being under construction and a parking fee for 10$ each night. No fresh sheets only taking out garbage left the bed unmade but overall they took money off for inconvenience wasn’t much but it was fine.

The hotel was nice, service was great! The pool was closed which was a major bummer and the shower could have been hotter but breakfast was good. Had a repaired ceiling in our room which was a little off-putting but the room otherwise was very nice.

We only stayed for one night. We’ve stayed here a few times. A few small issues. The pool was closed (but they still charged us $10.00 for parking….maybe skip on parking fees if the pool isn’t available). Last small issue, hot water took quite a while to start in the shower.

Not one to write reviews typically but wasn’t very happy with our stay. First off, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was so the kids could swim. The pictures of the pool are deceiving and it was poorly maintained. The pool heater wasn’t functioning so it was freezing cold. When discussing this with the front desk, all I got was sorry and they are aware of the issue. Then while leaving, I had a ticket on my front window stating I need to pay $10 a night for parking. Nobody said anything about this during check in or check out. One would think if you are staying at the hotel that parking would be included. This isn’t even a hotel that’s downtown. Just guessing they are having financial issues and one way to squeeze a little more money out of their customers.

After a 8 hour drive from St. Louis, MO, this was the absolute best hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! The staff was one of a kind ! My entire experience was overall 10/10 across the board. The pool was super cold but would feel amazing once warmer weather comes about. I would like to personally thank all hotel staff that worked this weekend. You guys keep it up ! I’ll be back every time I visit MN !

The front desk female did not communicate with the airport pick-up driver correctly. She told the driver that I was at terminal 2 but I was at terminal one. It took me a full hour to get from the airport to the hotel. However, the distance is 5 miles. She offered no apologies for her mess and rudely told me it was my mistake. The van driver, Dan, was great. In addition, I got charged twice for the same room and dates.

The pool was too cold. Otherwise nice facilities. But the check-in was very unprofessional. I was given no information at all - just my room number and was given my key cards. No information regarding breakfast, check-out time, pool, etc. Otherwise nice stay, though.

May and Tristan were absolutely amazing humans and were willing to help with whatever was asked. The pool was freezing. We had no hott water in our room. There was no parking available.

Clean, but was told breakfast would be open early for us for a “grab and go” and it was not. The parking was horrible when we were told it was 24hr shuttle by one person and then when returned from trip at 12:30pm we called and were told there was no pickup from 12-3.

Horrible experience all around, pool is small and dated. Along with being filled with ice water which makes it unusable. Staff shrugged it off, asked for a refund to check into different hotel which staff mentioned they would check into it and call our room. Never got a reply. Since booking through Expedia and prepaying it was throwing a wrench in the process. Room was clean and just fine. Noisy being by the airport tho. Breakfast was good but to small of area to handle all the guests which lead to long lines. To top it off they want to charge you to park in a parking lot that is way too small. Found a note in my window when leaving to pay for parking in a snow bank. Will never stay here again or suggest this place to anyone.

We got in at 2:00 am. I called the hotel twice about our late arrival, and when we got to the desk, the woman on duty could not have been less interested in checking us in. We were still sitting the lobby waiting at 2:22 am because a) she advised that she has started “her audit”(?) and we had to wait for the computer and b) she also said that because we got in so late the system thought we were a no show. She mumbled all of this and then just let us sit there without any explanation or understanding. I also heard the manager complaining the next morning that customers were annoying because they showed up for breakfast close to the close of bfast hours. I don’t know if hospitality is the right industry for some of the staff here. And don’t get me started about the lack of shuttle after hours. Stay elsewhere

Rooms are good and clean. Parking is terrible. Pool was heavily over chlorinated that is burned our skin literally was red and burning. If you use the pull out bed mattress is very thin you feel the bars of the frame. Staff was nice.

We arrived after 11 and the door was locked for the evening. Evein was on duty. Right there to open the door and get me checked in. Very helpful very courteous, very nice lady. Would definitely recommend.
