Staff very friendly and helpful

Our wedding party stayed here and it was absolutely the best choice for the weekend.

We really enjoyed the space this gave our family.

The customer service was excellent and the rooms were a wonderful surprise.

This is one of the strangest rooms we've ever stayed in. You couldn't open three of the drawers in the kitchen without opening the refrigerator to allow for them to clear. You couldn't open the dishwasher without leaning up against the stove and pushing it back against the wall. The couch and the bed were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was bight and nice however.

The room smelled like musty shower. It would have been nice to know the room did not have an air conditioner before booking the room.

This was a great trip from begining to end! The front desk made us feel right at home, Sheila and Annalise were fantastic. I was happy to have my family stay here and definitely would bring them back.

near the slopes with easy access via shuttle

The room had everything we needed. Great location close to the slopes and awesome that they provided buses. Also loved the hot tub after a long ski day.

Condos a but dated but kitchen, bedding, helpful staff and shuttle to ski area make it a good value.

The units were clean, but there were full garbage bags, Sheets and vacuums out in front of the units.

This was a nice place to stay last minute, and only option left in town with a room during a busy weekend! Was a little surprised that it was more of an "apartment"/condo feel. But nonetheless, a more unique place to stay and probably better than a hotel. Would've stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities if the prices weren't so steep for the weekend (classic steamboat when they have big events in town.) Overall, a great experience for our short stay, and we really LOVED the free shuttle service to the base of the mountain. As a CO native, I'd stay here again!

check in was fantastic. Front desk person. leanne, I believev, was very nice, accommodating and professional. we arrived 15 min early, our room was not ready but she got us into a room that was ready. answered all my questions and offered suggestions to help with my son's ski competition plans early the next day. strongly recommend this property.

The picture on hotels.com does not look like it does now...hard to find the check in office but once we get registered it was great!

Overall good experience for our needs. We were only there one night

We have stayed at this property many times. We choose it for easy access to a shuttle to the ski resort. We came up New Year's Eve to be able to ski on New Year's day. We were ready to go but unfortunately did not get up to the mountain until later due to the facility only having 1 driver versus two. The communication about this was unclear until we complained and waited for over an hour. The property had other employees they could have designated to the shuttles.

The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and clean. So much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel room with two kids and the price was great for what we got. There was underground parking which was a plus.

Fireplace did not work and no one came to fix it. Pool area was really nice. Rooms were nice and it was quiet. The view from our room was beautiful. The area is great!!

After reviewing the reviews on the site before I arrived my expectations were were extremely low. I spoke to Jay j the front desk agent and he reassured me that unit 1 is a nice building the only issue is there are no elevators. The room was well equipped. My only problem was that the murphy bed in my room other than that no issues.

They never got my reservation from Expedia. Arrived in the early evening after a long and tiring day. Check-in person, after not being able to find any reservation for us, became very rude, ignoring me a few times. Had to drive back home really late since had no where to stay in town. Will avoid this location in the future, since my daughter will be going to college in the area.

I didnt like there wasnt air conditioning. It was a hot week and we died of Heat in the afternoon.

Loved the second master bedroom upstairs! Full size fridge and laundry! Super nice front desc rep’s. Resort is very close to all restaurants and activities.

We only stayed here one night, everything was clean and as expected. Area around the property was nice. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. It was perfect for 6 of us. Easy communication and check in/check out process.

Good Location, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Nice pool and hot tub. Small bathroom, condo a bit dark inside, poor ventilation/no air conditioning. Only one window in the bedroom and the sliding glass door in the living room on the other side of the unit. Since window faces the outdoor hallway, you have to keep your curtains closed, preventing any cross breeze. Too warm in the summer. Also, no elevator in our building—be sure to check that out if you need an elevator.

Very nice setup for saving money on a trip with the kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. The only thing I didnt like was the thick dust layer on the ceiling fan in the lower bedroom. There was also 2 pools, but we didnt have time to use them.
