Great service in a Canadian hotel, almost unheard of! Breakfast was huge as well, another pleasant surprise.

The staff and overall hotel was great. We were planning on doing some sight seeing and having dinner at one of Vancouvers many local restaurants. Except we did none of that because there was a shooting right outside our hotel so we were not permitted to leave. We have two small children and were forced to use the Hiltons pricey menu so our kids were able to eat. We asked the next day if the Hilton was offering any compensation as we lost the entire evening through no fault of our own. We were told "the Hilton is also a victim in all of this." Which left a bad taste in my mouth. I will choose a different hotel for our stay as I don't feel valued as a paying customer. We had one night to explore and experience Vancouver and it was ruined.

Everything was great from the checkin to checkout. Comfy bed, clean and good storage. Only disappointment was the room service hot breakfast. Delivered on time and as ordered but was cold.

Overall had an excellent stay in the suite. Excellent panoramic views even at low floors. Excellent service. Barely any noise. Functional and large bathroom. HVAC was perfect. Room was clean and dust free. The only thing I was disappointed about was that despite the large sq ft, it wasn’t carefully thought of for families. The tiny fridge was filled with drinks making it hard to store own food. The king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable. Only two elevators so sometimes wait times were significant.

The staff was super nice and helpful even when short staffed they accompanied me the best way possible. The room was clean, but a little smaller than the pictures. Even if my privacy sign was out Housekeeping got in touch with me to come by at any time when I was out of the room to make sure things were clean and I had water/coffee each day.

Great location if you are going to an event at BC Place stadium. Rooms are large but signs of previous guests (crumbs, hairs) here and there. Very good service.

Located at a very convenient site. Very clean and well maintained. The room was small. The sofa bed was terrible. Parking was tight and expensive. The elevators and lobby were small and not convenient.

toiletries were not regularly replenished a family with a crying baby was booked next to our room (connecting room) thus we can hear the baby crying all night rate was expensive for the room we got concierge was VERY helpful and nice

Spent 6 nights. Great location.--we walk a lot and quite esay to get most places inlcuidng to the aquabus to Granville Island. Friendly and helpful folks throughout the hotel. Loved having the Nespresso in room plus a tea kettle. Great views. Bed was quite comfortable and the pillows excellent. Could have had fewer things in the fridge so we could put more of our own stuff there. Housekeeping excellent. Restaurant has very good to excellent food and some great deals (and selection) on tap beers and wine. We had two rooms--would have liked at least one of them to be a little larger--no great place to lay out the suitcases. Overall, a great choice.

Everything was phenomenal, from the service and efficiency of their friendly staff, the conditions of the room, breakfast, etc. Overall fantastic stay and I travel twice a month for work.

Main living room had a telephone that was useless, cord was not connected. Balcony roof was black, no clue if mould. Ceiling vent had alot of visible dust, needs to be cleaned.

Everything was fine but the pullout bed for my daughter in the living room was terrible. I just put a sheet down and slept on the cushions on the couch and let her sleep in the bed. The bed was comfortable, according to her. Otherwise we had a nice stay. The neighborhood is a little gritty, fyi.

Great location in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Room was clean and well kept. Pool, hot tub and gym were all great. Only downside is with only two elevators it can take awhile to enter/leave.

Expensive hotel catering to cruise hoppers. Hotel has seen better days even after the remodel. too expensive for what it is. Many rooms just overlook an alley. Restaurant was pretty bad, even worse considering the prices.
