As a grandfather traveling with my daughter’s family of four (including two small children), there were not many Vancouver hotels offering the comfort that we needed. Only the Granville and two others offered two separate large beds plus a large sofa bed. The bedroom with a door was very private. The hotel has underground parking (extra), and a lobby restaurant which was a bit pricey, but the food was excellent with no waiting lines. Room had a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and a balcony. The location is a retail paradise with a children’s park, pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants all within a couple of blocks. The staff is as nice as you will find anywhere in the world. The furniture was solid, but a bit worn. Some homeless people hanging around the area at night, but they seem friendly and keep to themselves. Good hotel security. All-in-all a wonderful 8 day stay.

I LOVED the sulfate and paraben free hair products! The bidet and heated toilet seat was a nice surprise. Great room/location. A little noisy at night. Quite a few homeless/druggies around. No bottled water provided in room. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall, a good stay.

Great value! The staff was amazing! Rooms in great condition and very clean. So pet friendly and a very near by off leash dog park. Would 100% stay here again!

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but she found a better one for no extra cost.

Our stay was very nice, they upgraded us to a king suite which was a very nice room, the only issue was the room I'd booked i had chosen because if the large glass shower in it and when we got into the king suite it just had a regular shower. I had been so excited for the shower and gone on and on to my partner about it, it was quite a disappointment. Besides that everything about our stay was wonderful! Staff were great, very friendly and everything was clean and comfortable!

Overall a good place to stay. Although if you’re there on a Thursday or Friday night, there might be an awful lot of nightlife especially when the bars closed down. Quite a bit of love music outside from cars. Felt like I was next to a nightclub stadium. Very hard for the hotel to manage. Other than this rooms were cleaned each day and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near many places that are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Lamps/outlets not working, furniture damaged. Granville St environment and abundance of obvious crack use and consequences is grim.
Staff great. Price competitive. Would stay again.

Flight was cancelled and needed a comfortable place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable but it smelled like it was once a smoking room; however, this did not impact my comfort as it was only noticeable when walking in. The suite was spacious with TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The area is suffering due to drug use, but it was close to so many great restaurants and bars. Easy walking to everything! The staff were great and I felt comfortable, safe and secure. The room had an updated bathroom, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Plus, it had great pillows and comfortable beds.

The service was great. Safe parking garage beneath, which you use room key to access. The rooms were nice. We were able to have our bikes kept in a secure closet while staying there.

Read reviews and was skeptical about this hotel but still took chances. Its actually not bad, the front desk people were nice. The room is clean and comfortable. Location is on granville st. It can be a little crazy with zombies around but didnt mind it because we ubered most of the time. If youre commuting, yaletown roadhouse is few blocks away

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and was blown away by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable, making my stay truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at the lobby to their helpful recommendations about the local area, I felt valued as a guest. The rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, and the attention to detail by the housekeeping staff was impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking outstanding service and a staff that goes above and beyond. Can't wait to come back !

Excellent and friendly customer service from the staff! They communicated with confirming our reservation, room check-in, keeping the rooms near each other, and allowing us to leave our bags in storage to walk around after we checked out. Traveling with many people so they were extremely accommodating and helpful all around.

Property was clean enough; but the hotel needs updates. For the price paid you expect more for the money.

Property in itself was lovely. Actually was upgraded to a suite. Staff very courteous.
One night it was terribly noisy on the street as it was a lovely evening. The next night, which was raining, was very quiet.

Our room was good except for the worn out couch. The location is awesome for getting around downtown Van, everything is in walking distance. Unfortunately the homeless population in the area is quite high.

The staff was exceptional at this hotel. We really felt very welcome and the staff was quick to give us advice on fun things to do. We appreciated the ability to leave our bags with you guys before our check in time, as well as being able to check in earlier than the original time. We really appreciated all of it! The stay was great. The only downside was the multitude of drug users hanging around the streets around the outside of the hotel but we understand that is not under the hotel's control. Very clean and professional inside, would stay again.
