It was goid except the first of two nights i was located in a very noisy spot beside a group kitchen full of unsupervised loud
students, on some kind of field trip, running up and down the halls slamming doors.. so ,after 11 pm I
complained that I couldn't sleep through the racket and they moved me to a less
Rowdy room.. and so that was much better .

Reception was rude. Room was small and noisy. No water, no shampoo. Woken up at 5am by neighbour taking a loud dump in the shared bathroom. Door didn't fit properly so light streamed in and no peace from people walking up and down the corridor. Better places at that price point. Also parking fee not disclosed.

Kitchen facilities on 10th floor were dirty. Lots of half used food in cupboards from guests. The kettle was splattered with something. The whole place needs a deep clean. The toilet seat in my private bathroom had "residue" on the underside. Overall, the place did not feel clean.

Convenient location. I hadn’t realised there was access to a kitchen area, very useful for a longer stay, need to bring utensils, bowl and a pot.

This was a good budget option. I was traveling alone and honestly the room was small but it had all the things I needed.

Staff were great all around. Only issue is that the noise insulation isn’t the best.

The parking spaces are very hard to park in as they are small and the lanes also are very tight to manover. scratched my vehicle:-(

The room was horribly expensive for how small it was when we got there. The hotel on the outside looked nice but on the inside was outdated. We had our window smashed which the car was in the parking garage that we paid $25 a night for, the hotel manager only comped one night even though the cost to fix the window will be well over $300.

I was unable to heck because I live on Vancouver island at the ferries were cancelled. I called the hotel to tell them of my situation but they said they couldn’t do any to refund and hotels. Com gave me no option for refund because it was a few hours before check in that we found out the ferries were cancelled.

the area has definitely gone down hill, the property and rooms were a great value for the price.
