It’s our first time at the Soho, the service has been excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a getaway for my husbands birthday and the concierge was very helpful in planning a surprise for him when he arrived, they even added some nice extras to make it more special… we’ll be back!

Hotel was very nice. Only complaint was the water temperature.....shower temp never got over like warm.

Staff was nice and attentive. The showers were not getting hot water (warm at best). The grounds and area outside of the property was not very plausible with a homeless camp nearby and in view. But that’s out of the control of the hotel. Recommend the items in fridge be included/ free. The other mini bar selections seem somewhat fairly priced.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday at this property as everything I needed was there for my stay cation vibe as they sent in card and macaroon treats too celebrating my birthday to accommodating a place for my birthday dinner in there dining at morretti highly recommend would love to come back for future holidays!

A nice hotel, the area around the hotel has a rough sleepers tent village very close and the swimming pool was closed which was the main reason I booked this hotel.

Overnight stay at SoHo Hotel. Very friendly staff, very comfortable room, great location to downtown entertainment district. Had dinner at hotel restaurant - decent Italian selection and high end wine! Very positive experience overall.

The room was tiny and out dated. We left our room for one hour after checking in and housekeeping came in for no reason while we were gone. It made me feel unsafe

Love the Soho! Been a few times before but not for about 10 years, was as impressed as ever. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are wonderful, the facilities are great and I love that they have Molton Brown toiletries in the rooms! My favourite place to stay in Toronto!

Location is good for baseball games, not fantastic for anything else. Felt like the hotel was a bit tired feeling. Definitely not worth the cost, but in Toronto everything is extremely over priced for hotels. Bed was comfortable, room was hot, A/C never seemed to get to set temp and shower was not working properly.

Room was comfortable and clean. Love the heated floors in the bathroom! The street outside was noisy early into the morning so it was hard to sleep. Room service was delicious. Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest.

We loved this location as we were in town for the Jays games. We went to 3 so it was a perfect location as it’s so close to Rogers. I think we were expecting a little more when it came to the hotel itself. The bed to us was not comfortable. Overall we were happy with the hotel.

Room is clean and spacious. Room decor is nice, bathroom is luxurious with big changing area. The king size bed and comforter are very comfortable. Great experience.

I initially enjoyed my stay at the SOHO hotel as it was near everything. The hotel clerks welcomed me quite pleasantly and explained most things to me. I did enjoy my room as it was clean for the most part. I did find a long strand of hair on tub but I just washed it away. Wasn’t willing to complain about that. My two problems. I really like the Health Club idea but I dislike the limited hours. Most times I workout before 8 am or after 8 pm, so that was an inconvenience to me. What really frustrates me is that I left a purchase in the hotel room from a local convention. I noticed the package was not with me when I returned the same day and called up the hotel. Which they would ask the housekeepers to check on it. Less than 24 hours, they said the housekeepers did not find. Which I do not believe it is true as the package was large. It is my fault for not double checking my room before leaving but I would hope a hotel as exquisite as their’s would have a lost and found. If I can get things back from airports and stores, I expect nothing less from a hotel. I will patronage one of their competitors and hope they learn from this as I have. So upset.
