Arrived at hotel at 11:02pm. Main doors are locked at 11pm. There is a phone to call front desk and you can see the front desk from the doors which were staffed with 3 people. Took over 15 min for 1 of them to finally buzz me in???
Hotel charges $42 per night for underground parking. Had to wait over 45 min for vehicles to move before I could even enter parking garage. It took of 90min to finally get to my room after I arrived at the hotel and there was no one else there checking in or people period. Customer service was a joke. Never again

Great location, very close to McGill university. Staff w is attentive and friendly. Rooms are newly renovated and spacious.
Haven’t tried the hotel restaurant as it seems very expensive.

Lady at the reception counter was always smiling and was very helpful.

Great location and Rooftop indoor Pool. We were given a room facing the street without proper curtains. The car lights flood the room constantly on the 3rd floor - My whole family barely slept.

Hotel nice clean Customer Service wonderful Restaurant drink and food service great I can’t wait to go back again and again I was feeling at home

Clean room. Good service.
Why average: mattress quality. You get a hotel room to have a good night of sleep. But if the mattress is worn (sags in the middle), you do not wake up as rested as you should.
They should renew the mattress.
We did not use any of the other facilities. Checked out the swimming pool, jacuzzi and fitness on 10th floor: all looked fine.
Location is nice, walking distance from Eaton mall and Desjardins.
Parking: suggest to use the public parking to the right of the hotel. Much cheaper than the hotel parking and just as good (covered, heated in winter).

Good stuff, but the overnight parking isnt included in the price (40$ a night).

The heating in the bedroom was off when we arrived. We waited for 40 minutes for the room to warm up, but the heating system could not warm the room above 20 C. They brought a noisy space heater that helped a bit. The light in the bedroom is really bad, even when all lamps are turned on. There is no handheld shower head. The counter where the coffee maker is located was full,of sugar, which shows that the counter was not cleaned. We opted for making our own bed and not to have fresh towels each day, but that meant that they did not remove the garbage, even though someone came into the suit to turn down the heating. There were dirty dishes and boxes of take out food near some doors, left there overnight. Disgusting. The music in the reception area and elevators was awful. Not a good experience and I do not recommend this hotel.

Good experience overall. The only issue was the bed. King size bed which was pretty soft in the centre - a bit of a valley.

I have never been so traumatized and bullied by a hotel before. I book a night stay and before I check in I specifically communicate with the hotel and inform them I have a esa animal. They have put it in writing to me that they will not be charging my esa dog for it. Upon check in I also provided my esa dog proof to the front desk staff and she and the manager on duty also confirm with me that they wi not be charging my dog. After I check out upon checking my card I realize Hilton has taken 114.98! After calling them they claim that this is for my dog fee. The front office manager that I spoke to call rinu is the worst human that you can ever deal with and I’ve never been so bullied before in my life and I’m a person with diaability! She claim that my dog as a esa animal is not a service animal and even after I send proof and also my document to her, she say that she does not like my attitude so she do not want to refund me. Has anyone ever encounter such an attitude like this before ? She even refuse to let me speak to another manager on the property and also refuse to check or investigate or refuse to reveal the name of the staff that check me in. I’ve never been so violated and bullied before in my life and if Hilton still do not refund me the pet fee I will be proceeding this with legal proceedings and not only will I want my pet fee back I will also be demanding compensation for my emotional and mental distress .

Front desk seemed to just go through the motions or maybe seemed a little aloof, but all's well. Hotel was clean, had parking on premises and was nicely situated right next to McGill Univ. within a centralized location of downtown 33 mins walking distance from Notre Dame Basilica / Marche De Bonsecours (for perspective and real #s).

Hotel stay was great. Staff was friendly and parking was easy. The shower handle was broken for our room but it was clean. Hotel aesthetic is a little dated and there could have been more lighting options. Price was very fair for the location.

Parking is very costly. Everything else is good.

Nice shallow pool but long enough for lengths. Great for fun with young kids.
Room was spacious and clean. Appreciated the full size bar fridge and microwave.

I had a one-night stay on Nov 6th for a business trip and upon arrival the lock on my door did not work from the inside out. I called the front desk who said a maintenance worker would arrived. After 15 minutes I called again and he said he had forgotten and would send the worker now. The worker arrived 5 minutes later with no tools. He inspected and left to get tools. Another 10 minutes gone I called the reception to change rooms and he said to do that I had to go back to the front desk after I had already started to unpack. Finally the worker came back and resolved the issue but that took 30 minutes while I had business dinner plans that were delayed.
Upon showering the shampoo and body wash bottles inside the shower were nearly empty at least not enough to shower or wash one's hair. With only 1 tiny soap and no refill washing up was quite a nuisance which should not be expected at a Hilton Hotel. Overall disappointed and likely will not stay at this hotel again.
