Great place to stay, massive apartment and close to everything.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Convenient location to all the activities we wanted to do.

It was not very clean. Huge dust bunnies and floor made our feet black. Toilet seat too small. Slid all around
Bed comfy and location awesome

Great location, easy check-in/out process, super convenient, and amazing view! Loved this place!

The building is all concrete, no pictures, runners, decorations at all. The unit was exactly the same. We were surprised by the lack of effort put into the place. Maybe it is still under construction. Bare minimum amenities including coffee.

Great location, very clean and spacious. Road noise from street is loud but overall excellent stay.

Arrival and check-in is super complicated. It’s an apartment, which is confusing given I booked it via HOTELS.COM. The “pull-out” sofa missed a cushion and had nasty food and Cheetos when you pulled out the futon. It was loud af at night since our room faced downtown. Parking was inconvenient; not pet friendly at all - 4 tiny pee pads available set up at each corner of the pool; don’t get me started on the elevator. Overall, the building was one of those overpriced apartment complexes that are built in a month and horribly designed.

It was perfect in every way. Nice exercise facility and nice pool. Everything else was five star. We will definitely return to Kasa downtown Austin

Property was clean and well cared for in a quality building. Really liked the location, easy walking to everything downtown.

Great location next to ACL.

The property was great. From the amenities and the location proper, it was convenient for everything!
The only flaw, which is not really a major flaw, was the bedroom remote only had one battery so we we weren’t able to use it. But everything was great.

This is a superior option to a hotel room IF you are self sufficient. A fully furnished apartment where you can prepare meals if you want, do light business entertaining and enjoy a very quiet environment. Check in and out was so smooth and the response times from property managers was excellent. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay in the heart of Austin. So many places to eat great food within walking distance. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed.

A nice property with great location and a lot decent foods nearby. The unit was clean and equipped with everything you need for my business trip. The virtual desktop was pretty good and saved me from waiting for the line that could happen in a transitional hotel. A big plus was it has a free indoor parking that costing you extra in hotels of downtown Austin.

Very nice building in central Austin, and a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped apartment. A bit pricey, but worth it.

If I had to do it again I would stay in a hotel. Instructional are confusing and aggravating

Fantastic modern space with tons of room. Had all of the basic amenities (shampoo, olive oil, salt pepper etc) and a thoughtful little welcome bag. Steps away from Austin City limits with great restaurants and coffee shops (plus nice little grocery) on the same block. We will be seeking out Kasa options for our future travels- overall a great value.

Kasa is the only way to go when staying downtown Austin! Location is perfect and safe, the apartments are clean and nice. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, makes for a home-like stay!

This place was absolutely amazing! Very clean and classy, and everything I could need for my 4 night stay. The location is perfectly placed in downtown, within walking distance of everything with a handy convenience mart on the ground floor. Check in/out instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and communication was quick.

Will definitely come over if visiting Austin

Clean large apartment.
Can not control temperature in appt. - centrally controlled

Industrial chic layout. Plenty of space. Convenient to our destinations. Noise from people on street was an issue, despite being on 5th floor. Check-in/out process cumbersome, despite detailed instructions (e.g. only one garage exit gate had Kasa key deposit box, so had to park on the street and run back to leave key after final exit).

Great location being close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and walking distance to the convention center.
Nicely appointed with art work, trendy furnishings, quartz counter tops, upgraded appliances, quaint balcony with city views. Clean and neat condo with plenty of linens, walk in closet & comfortable a bed...
It is suggested that you allow some extra time to get familiar with & to use the amenities (pool, fitness center, etc...) which I did not do unfortunately.
The entrance to the elevators is hard to find especially at night so I suggest you enter off of 3rd Street and Lavaca next to the Royal Blue Grocery.
Great place overall, & I highly recommend it!

From the beginning I had problems with receiving access to the gate of the garage, After several phone calls nothing was resolved, The TV to the bed room was not working properly I advised the Kasa about the issues and they stated someone would go to fix it but never did.

While I appreciate the amount of communication prior to my arrival, it was a bit much. The amount of detail was information overload, and actually caused more confusion for me. The safety features are top notch, but much more confusing than the traditional hotel stay. One card to enter and exit the property. If you have more than one person with you on the stay you need a code to operate the elevator. A different code opens the room door. The leasing office had to help me figure out how to use the code for the elevator. It took them a while to figure it out too. Like I said, not a huge deal but more trouble than staying at a traditional hotel.
Customer service for Kasa is very quick and very kind. When you call you get to speak to a real person right away and they are knowledgeable. This was helpful with my struggles to enter the property.
All in all, once you get everything figured out it was a nice stay.

Beautiful downtown view, Contemporary property. Only concern was since there was no physical presence it created more of a challenge communicating.

It was a great location and clean. The unit itself was fine. I was surprised that for the first time in about 25 years there was no cable included with the TVs. This is not a big deal but we were there during an ice storm and would of liked to see the news on it. Main tv had apps like Netflix but bedroom tv was totally unusable . There was a single 5'/8' area rug. Other than that no rugs anywhere not even a doormat. No table or even bar stools for the counter. Due to the weather and everything being closed we had to order takeout and eat sitting on the floor at the coffee table.
