Not a terribly interesting area of Montreal

Waited 20 minutes at front desk to check in at midnight
Called the hotel number while waiting and. I one picked up
Eventually started knocking on locked doors behind the check in counter and someone came out and helped me

Location is perfect for restaurants or a short walk. Great hotel with all you need.

Hotel is well located, clean , spacious and the staff were friendly. I liked the condo style layout as well.

It is a super-centric hotel. We stayed for one night, and we took our dog with us. They charge extra if you bring your puppy, so be aware. We were mindful of the additional fee and were super happy that we found a pet-friendly hotel. The staff from the front desk were extra helpful with us, and we appreciate it when they care about our needs. Try to find underground parking around the area. The price is worth it, and you just have to walk one or two streets from your hotel.

Clean, reliable, fantastic location, great parking set up. Some areas in our unit need some easy touching up (banged up wall, caulking in bathroom, etc).

Very well situated in Griffintown

I was told I could cancel my last day by emailing prior to 24 hours I emailed but apparently they said I emailed the wrong address and I will not give me a refund. What a joke. There is no service the concierge is often not around. Pretty disappointing.

Two bedroom unit was a great layout. Clean for the most part but there were flies in the bathrooms. We needed to use the pullout sofa bed but linens were not available in the room. Called down and they first just brought a top sheet. Had to call a second time to get the fitted sheet, pillow and comforter. One tv in the living area. The elevators were really dirty. Mats didn’t get changed out or cleaned in the three days that we were there for. On the second day, someone had vomited in one of the elevators and did not get cleaned until we informed the front desk. Parking is $38/night with in/out privileges. Arriving and checking in was a bit of a pain as there was no real place to stop and leave the car while we checked in.

We appreciated staying in an apartment with a kitchen. I will be more attentive when I book a stay in future. We were mistaken in thinking the building had a gym and bathtub (rather than a shower) so we learned we just have to be a little more astute when we book a place to stay.

Brand new! The suite was very clean! Service from front desk was exceptional. They answered our requests within an hour. We particularly appreciated being able to have our daughter’s dog with us.
Restaurants, shops, groceries, all within walking distance. And a dog park right outside.
We would go back again!

Was not a big fan in the additional 250$ damage deposit. Everything else beside this was good, great location, dog park next door, and lot of restaurants shops within walking distance.

Truly pet friendly hotel. A definite must stay if you are looking for a place to stay with your pets, in a great area with a dog park in the same block. In a neighborhood where people walk their pets at all times. Friendly staff.
Finally a place where they don't simply let you bring your pets, but they welcome them with water bowls, you are able to use the elevators with them and come as go as you please without annoying other guests, as several other guests bring their pets as well. Yes, they do charge a fee per stay, but worth it to not feel "allowed" but welcome.
Walkable distance to dining, transportation and market options. Also walking distance to Old Montreal and the Downtown.
Bathroom with great shower, hot water and it includes toiletries. Kitchen with enough supplies (pans, cutlery, glassware and plates) and a full size fridge, a 2 in 1 microwave/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. And courtesy pods for the dishwasher and washer that were really appreciated. Great view in the rooms with view.
Parking is available for a fee per night at the same building, which was also a great option since it was raining when we arrived, and your car stays protected from the weather in a reserved space and you can come and go anytime as you please. And the parking is connected to the lobby and rooms via the elevators, so definitely worth it even if there's a cheaper option close by.
In short, a great stay if you are bringing your pets and want to still be in the in the city.

A great property that is very well located. The room was perfect. The staff was average at best, and I was provided with little or no information on the hotel, facilities, or surroundings.

Best part of Montreal without a doubt, safe, quiet and you have all the amenities around you. Quick walk up to Rue Ste Catherine or the Old Town you have everything on your doorstep

Fabulous property and well priced. Clean and roomy with all the amenities one would expect. Only irritant was one of the bedrooms had some sort of compressor in the closet and it made an unholy racket. Made sleep difficult.

I liked that it was out of the heart of downtown but not too far away that it was inaccessible. I also liked how convenient it was because everything you would need (ie. grocery store, coffee, bank, gym) was within a 5-10 minute walk. I just wish there were more security measures put in place, like having a keycard that only gives you access to your floor. I also wish there were a bit more staff around.

It was a little loud to sleep. Seemed like the pipes when someone would use their washroom. Overall it was nice and I’d recommend.
