Located on Ocean Drive 20th Street North -- in Myrtle Beach's first oceanfront planned unit development (P.U.D.), this condo is in the best location, right on the Ocean Drive Strip. Enjoy restaurants, nightlife, and people-watching right in front of the condominium. There is an amazing 20th-floor oceanfront view of the ocean and coastline of Myrtle Beach from the property. You can see the ocean from anywhere in the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The condo features a huge 133 square-foot double bay balcony with access from both the living room and the large, king-size master suite. This condo offers almost 1,200 square feet of living space. The master suite includes a grand view of the ocean, a private jacuzzi bathtub, a king-size bed, and a TV. A second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and private bathroom access. And the third bedroom has two queen-size beds and a private TV. There is also a second full bathroom. This condo has a fully equipped and includes a washer/dryer, full-size walk-in kitchen: oven, a smooth ceramic glass radiant cook-top, microwave, toaster oven, George Foreman Grill, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, blender, fryer, all dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. The living room has a TV with DVD player, amazing oceanfront views, a sofa that folds out into a queen-size bed, and balcony access. The unit includes central air-conditioning and cable. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided. Building amenities include glass-enclosed hallways (with a full west-side view of the entire land) that are carpeted and air-conditioned, three high-speed elevators, FREE WiFi, ice machines, FREE parking, an exercise room, a game room, restaurants, lounges, conference facilities, commercial shops, an ice cream parlor, a pizza parlor, and a Starbucks coffee shop. There is also an oceanfront water park with an array of pools, kiddie pools with water falls, a 418-foot lazy river with waterfalls (one of the largest lazy rivers in Myrtle Beach!), hot tubs, a large pirate ship with waterfalls, and more. The water park has various food and beverage vendors, along with a poolside beverage and grill vendor with many dining tables and stools. All prices are very reasonable. The Breakers is a ten-minute walk to The Pavilion, Ripley's Believe It or Not, The Haunted House, go-karts, mini golf, video arcades, novelty shops, and too many more shops to name. And it's a five-minute drive to Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Square Mall, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Other nearby activities fishing, boating, golf, tennis, shopping, swimming, horseback riding, surfing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, snorkeling and diving, and miniature golf. Also close by are amusement parks, music shows, and an endless array of restaurants. Voted one of the best condominium complexes on the beach -- it's amazing! Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. NO smoking, and NO pets.

This was a completely shocking and disgustingly dirty building, hallway and was basically a constant, noise-filled drilling and hammering construction zone. We had zero indication that we would arrive to even the front door being covered in tape and the smell of oil paint gave us headaches the entire time, between the sounds of tile being removed over our heads. Our room was one of two units not participating in a complete overhaul and the owner claimed though he declined to participate, that he didn’t know they would be doing the hallways. He offered us an extra day (we flew down and had a child who was headed back to school so we couldn’t stay) but I didn’t want longer time there I wanted to leave. In the end despite the dust, furry feet, noise, smell, he sent us $100. After paying almost $700/night after fees? Completely useless. There was no Wi-Fi until half through the second day when owner replied with his personal network info. Complete bust. If it would let me upload photos I would. Also the unit itself was full of old, peeling dirty wallpaper and broken dispensers. Needed an update. Walls are paper thin and I could hear the unit next to us talking word for word.

Jeff was great and attentive. Our family of four had a super late check-in due to our traveling window but Jeff had everything arranged at our 1:00 am arrival. Although the condo did not have the luxury finishes we normally expect at this price point, the condo was comfortable, clean, and met all our necessities. What makes this condo a hit is the Location, Location, Location. It’s located on the beach with an abundance of secured pools on property. The condo was on the 20th floor of 21. The double balcony afforded us the opportunity to enjoy the great views and sounds of the ocean, without the disruption of the noisy children playing in the pool below. The pool was open until 11:00 pm which we enjoyed during the early evenings. We definitely would recommend Jeff’s place. Remember to bring your own paper products and trash bags as they are not provided.

Over all a good stay. The condo was clean, and in a good location. Communication with the owner was good. He was very responsive to a couple of things that needed attention. Next trip to Myrtle Beach we would consider staying here again.

The listing was as described. Property manager communicated decently, but I found it peculiar to not have a unit # or door code till we were standing needing it. For a minute, I thought I got ripped off. Found the rental hot inside. Pulled a very dirty ac filter. Coil was dirty, but ac started working. Landlord relies on a company to take care of this, but clearly they're not. The view, perfect. Location, perfect. Breakers itself, dirty and dated. I never touched the pool bc of the cloudiness, trash, broken fixtures, etc... my kids had no issue. I felt unit needs updated. I only slept in master, and that bed could use an upgrade. I had never been to mb before and was expecting a more upscale unit for the price. I based my decision on reviews. All in all, optimal rental for kids and convenience. Nice owner working hard to please.

My daughter and her friend graduated this year so we wanted to celebrate at the beach. This condo was great for the view of the ocean. It was roomy, clean and very convenient, as it had the 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. The elevators were pretty quick. The owner gave us all info we needed thru text.

Overall, Jeff was very communicative. Responded very quickly. It was easy to get checked in and the place had everything we needed! The pool area was great and it’s right on the beach. Beautiful views!

Hi Jeff, its me again T. Byars I wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the luxury of being able to stay in such a beautiful place. Everything was great. The place was much more than we expected. I love the master bedroom furniture and I wanted to bring the pictures from the living room home with me to hang in my office. I enjoyed the evenings on the balcony with such a magnificent view. This was one relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
