We are just a short 3 block walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance ..that's just a minute bike ride or 30 second car drive. Sandcastles by the Sea has a gated entrance that is kept closed at night. With one pass per activity per group, you can explore the best of the area without breaking the bank. Just remember, passes expire daily so make the most of your time here! 11. 6 Backpack Beach Chairs and a beach wagon 12. We offer both a drip coffeemaker and Keurig Ground Level: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach toys. The back of the ground level under the home boasts a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool with paver patio. The pool area includes an outdoor sofa and chairs, hanging swing chairs, sun loungers, a dining table, a propane Weber grill, and more! Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home! **There is also a ping pong table** First Floor: Features a romantic master bedroom with a large KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, stainless hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large porch. The porch features plenty of lounge furniture. Second Floor: Features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and large flat screen tv. There is also a pack-n-play with a 3" mattress in this room. A door in the master suite leads you to a large private porch for enjoying morning coffee! The oversized master bath is spa like with plush robes, a large tiled shower, and dual vanities. Also, on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a QUEEN bed, flat screen tv.. The other room is another KING bed and with flat screen TV.. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room with washer and dryer. Top Floor: Features a large bedroom set up hotel style with 2 QUEEN beds, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large kids bedroom and playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds.. each with twin size pull out trundle. There is also a play table for coloring and reading books , a playhouse to hide or sleep in, a game table, tons of games and cards, a large flat screen tv and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat. Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest. Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.

We had an amazing time at this home! It’s absolutely gorgeous! 3 families under one roof here for the weekend for a baseball tourney weekend. No complaints at all! We love the location! Recommend 10/10!!

The house was great in theory but some minor issues. Management did try to fix items in a timely manner. 1. Grill very dirty unusable. Fixed the second day 2 master toilet flapper broken. Fixed after 3 days 3. Pool heater didn’t work. Fixed 5 day 4. Never let use know closest beach, Foley Beach, was closed. Last day there brought us passes to go to another beach that was close. Had to travel by car all week to get to a beach.

A good fit for our large crowd. The communal space was perfect for the entire family to eat and socialize and the large bedroom was great for all the kids to sleep and hang out. The pool was a big plus. We got more swimming in before and after the beach. A beautifully appointed house. Everything is new and clean. I loved my my stay master bedroom and bathroom— it was luxurious. The beds are comfortable. (Suggestion: more silverware would be great! We had a big crowd to feed and often at at the house.)

The house was a great choice for our group of eleven. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was an easy walk to Folly Field Beach. We had one minor hiccup with the pool during our stay (cloudy water). We were able to notify the management group of the issue via the kiosk / tablet. They were very responsive and a person came in the morning to take care of the issue.

Great vacation rental. Family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The only issue was the internet was not strrong enough and we experienced too many interruptions (buffering and timeing out) which was very annoying when trying to watch TV.

Our family and friends loved everything about this home! The decor, space and location were great! We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head to celebrate our friends 56th birthday. I recommend this home for large families our friends looking for a couples getaway. Thank you! We would love to stay again and again!

About 1/3 mike walk to the beach. We had 12 family members. Plenty of space to be together or get a few minutes of privacy. Shaded pool was fantastic.

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. The mattresses were so comfortable that I’m sending an email requesting the brand and will be replacing mine at home 😄 the location is a private gated road and felt super safe. The beach was a short walk even the little kids could handle. 100% worth it.

2020 was one crazy year and we wanted to send it off with our family-friends. This house was perfect for our families to spend quality time together, yet ample space for all to spread out. Bedrooms were nice, kitchen was well equipped, the elevator was super-convenient, nice semi-covered outdoor space/ pool with tv and grill, a ping-pong table and the short walk to the beach PERFECT. Highly recommend.

We had an extended family beach trip with ages 1 to 65. This was a perfect house for families. The beach was a short walk (they had two carts for all the stuff), and the pool under the house was a daily event for us. Nice and shaded! We will definitely consider renting this house again for our next family trip!

We loved the house and pool. The elevator was a life saver. Perfect for our family of 15 vacation! There was not enough parking for our 4 vehicles nor was there adequate parking at beach access!! It was the week of July 4th so that probably made things more crowded!! Overall we had a wonderful vacation!!
