We offer both a drip coffeemaker and Keurig Ground Level: Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and kids beach toys. The back of the ground level under the home boasts a gorgeous sparkling, heated, private pool with paver patio. The pool area includes an outdoor sofa and chairs, hanging swing chairs, sun loungers, a dining table, a propane Weber grill, and more! Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home! First Floor: Features a romantic master bedroom with a large KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, stainless hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week including a toaster oven and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large screen porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon.. The porch features plenty of lounge furniture. Second Floor: Features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and large flat screen tv. There is also a pack-n-play with a 3" mattress in this room. A door in the master suite leads you to a large private porch for enjoying morning coffee! The oversized master bath is spa like with plush robes, a large tiled shower, and dual vanities. Also, on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a QUEEN bed, flat screen tv.. The other room is another KING bed and with flat screen TV.. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room with washer and dryer. Top Floor: Features a large bedroom set up hotel style with 2 QUEEN beds, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large kids bedroom and playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds.. each with twin size pull out trundle. There is also a play table for coloring and reading books , a playhouse to hide or sleep in, a game table, tons of games and cards, a large flat screen tv and many other unique surprises in this fun and festively decorated retreat. Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest. Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival.

This trip was a celebration! We celebrated my niece who has been diagnosed with MS, we celebrated my sister, who is cancer free and we celebrated my mom - Ruby! The property was beautiful and clean. If I had the option for 10 stars, I would give it 100. The Management company was super nice and accommodating. We did not have any issues. We will be returning and definitely staying here again.

There was plenty of room for my extended family of 13 people. The master bedroom was great with a spacious bathroom. The elevator worked well for luggage and just general use by some of my family. The pool was nice for our little guests. The lagoon had an alligator, but no worries, the pool was gated so we enjoyed looking for the alligator.

The house was a good size for several families, clean, nice area, the walk to the beach was a little further than we would have preferred, but doable for most (we had to drive our elderly parents to and from the beach daily). Communication with the property manager was fast, one of the appliances stopped working while we were there, they had a tech out there the next day, unfortunately it wasn’t able to be fixed while we were there, which was unfortunate for our family but of no fault to the management in trying to get it replaced ASAP.

This property is gorgeous and impressive from the time you walk in. The elevator was such a blessing for one of our family members to get around. We had no problems check in was a breeze. The house had ample enough space for all 21 of us. The walk to the beach was 15 min and grocery store was not far. The kids had great time in the pool. Definitely will be returning to a Happy stay property

We stayed at this beautiful home with our family on Easter weekend. The weather was not great, but the house was exceptional. Because we could not really enjoy the beach due to cool temperatures, wind and rain, the pool was a lifesaver. The entire family was able to enjoy the toasty warm pool multiple times a day. We loved it! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were so very comfy and the layout of the home was perfect for multiple families. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

This place was exactly as pictured and we loved it! The instructions and directions from the management team were detailed and accurate. The elevator was essential for one of our family members. Our family of ten had everything we needed to cook and dine together. The management team had recommended a place to rent bicycles, which were affordable and dropped off/picked up at the house. Cycling around the island was great fun for family members of all ages. Young kids loved the arcade that was just one street over. I suggest that guests staying more than two nights bring their own toiletries (only because they will run out of what is there). I recommend this house without hesitation. We had a wonderful and memorable experience!

The kids room was great. The house was well equipped. The driveway and garage is pretty small for 4 SUVs but we made it work. Good rental for kids. We enjoyed the shady pool.

The new house is very nice. According to the website, the entrance to Folly Field Beach is a 20-second bike ride or a 20-second vehicle ride away. That is extremely misleading. It'll take a few minutes, but it'll be a delightful walk or ride. The pool light wasn't working, and one of the steps was broken, but nothing that couldn't be readily rectified. Despite the fact that the kitchen was not designed to serve 22 people, we ate out regularly and it was well-equipped for modest meals and snacks. This place comes highly recommended from me.

Fantastic setting for our family of 13. Space for everyone, great size kitchen, porch overlooking the lagoon, heated pool and grill. Perfect location close to the beach and mini golf. Just a short ride from stores and restaurants. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed the accommodations, amenities and size of this property. In the midst of all that it is going on it was good to get away with a few close family members and enjoy the Hilton Head area beach, restaurants, and we had great fellowship. I would book again and we all had a great time!

This property was fantastic! Our kids/teens had something to do all the time, between the pool, ping pong table, xbox, and the beach they were happy campers:). Our family enjoyed the layout of the home. The one thing that wasn’t great was the l shape pleather sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable. So, we didn’t spend much time in the living room. Other then that, it’s a great place.
