The stay was not a good one we had to walk a long way for parking. The room was cramped. I also did not appreciate the lady at the bar when I ordered our food asking to see my armband. I don’t make it a habit to go into a place I’m not a guest at to order food.

Not good. The hotel room was dirty, carpets where disgusting. The lady up front was very rude and less than helpful. They played a movie to watch in the pool, but it is December and to cold to swim. Just all around not a good choice

This property had so many fun things to do! The pools where great and heated, movie nights for the kiddos and a bonfire at night on the beach! Food breakfast lunch and dinner options where all delicious! Definitely staying again! 10/10 recommend

Wish our kids 13,15,16 would’ve been allowed to sit in the hot tub with us. I understand adults only to a point. The other heated pool was full, and I mean full of little kids and drinking adults with littles throwing balls all over and splashing. Not for us or my teenage children.

We love it here but still not quite sure what the extra charge for resort fees are for. We have been there many times and had nightly entertainment so that was not the case the week we were there. They did have a movie one night, but after that it was windy. Maybe they had more things for kids to do. The lazy river was freezing and there didn't seem to be any other thing going on. But all in all it is a very clean place and the workers are nice and friendly.

The hotel and amenities were beautiful! Pool was fantastic and proximity to the beach fabulous. My only complaint was the mattress was horrible. Like sleeping on a thin board. Get better mattresses please. Other than that - 5 stars!

Overall it was a great vacation. Kids weren’t supposed to be allowed in the hot tub but were still jumping in. They were loud and undisciplined, screaming in the pools, and running around.

Stay was good, good experience but one thing we struggled that they do not have paper plates not at the hotel not even at their restaurants. Tough warm food in microwave in room. Hotel could not help on that was disappointing. Apart from that all was good.

This hotel resort was amazing. Everything is very well maintained, clean and we loved the entertainment, lazy river, tiki hut and great food. This is a great and fun hotel amd we will be back. Jacob at the front desk was awesome! He made sure we had a beautiful room with a great view to celebrate our Anniversary. Thank you, Jacob!

Stay was great. Beach, pool, entertainment and food was great. Mattress was a little too firm for me. People smoking at the lazy river was not enjoyable :( If it wasn’t so costly, would have loved to stay longer.
