When we arrived, the room was 55 degrees. The boiler heat wouldn't heat the room. We had to keep the fireplace going and use a space heater that was present in the room. The room was not clean. We booked thru Expedia and when we tried to address issues, there was no return phone call by Main Street Management. We were told by Expedia that Main Street said they didn't have to return our calls because we booked thru a third party. We do not recommend this place for your stay.

Our stay got off to a poor start. While the desk clerk provided good information, I became confused. When I asked for clarification on several items, she responded with a smirk. We both noticed this. When we arrived at our room, the toilet overflowed through no fault of ours. The good news is maintenance, Steve, arrived promptly and fixed the problem.

Clean, comfy - I wish they had a screen for the patio door and windows that could open and have screens. It was uncomfortably hot.

Fantastic location on Main St. Beautiful walk by the river and everywhere in town! Room was nice, had a Studio. Full kitchen with everything you need. Small fridge in our unit but was worked for what we needed. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

It was absolutely beautiful, huge, en suite bathroom with whirlpool, tub and shower, double vanities, fireplace, TV, sitting room, full kitchen, with stocked cupboards, including dishes, and utensils. It was located just off of Main Street very close to shopping and restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere.

Nice, clean room. Finally a room that didn't smell weird. Friendly Staff. Nice window view. Comfy bed & pillows & a great bathtub. Only downside was that the refigerator was loud at night.

Hotel is old and in need of a remodel. Room is not set-up very functionally. Everything is worn and old looking. Great location, but otherwise - just so,so! Would not stay here again! Value price relationship is off - too expensive for what you get!

My expectations of the Hyatt are of a premium facility worthy of their premium pricing. And I would have to say our two-bedroom suite in this facility did not measure up. First and foremost, the beds were some of the worst imaginable, impossible to sleep on. The lack of insulation was a close second, with maids vacuuming the hallway sounding like they were inside the unit. Exit doors in the nearby lobby much less the adjoining room doors were easily noticeable. We were disappointed but accepted that we had no view, just “bad luck”; but not so much the patio with last Fall’s leaves piled in the corner, and chairs covered in dirt. As for amenities, there was the free first pot of coffee; but with no filters and a coffee machine filled with the dregs of the last resident we didn’t partake. With no daily maid service (other than vacuuming the hallway I guess) you don’t get what you pay for. At least we didn’t pay for the $4 refills. One would think the hundreds of dollars charged for the room could cover that. But I guess I expect too much.

Such a great experience! Our “studio” room is very SPACIOUS. On the website, they said it’s a twin size Murphy bed but it’s actually a full size one which can sleep 2 more adults. Huge fireplace! Every kitchen utensils and appliances are provided- even toaster and a huge kettle! Bathroom is huge as well, esp the tub. Water pressure is A . Can’t wait to be back this coming fall/winter!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Breck. The location is perfect. The price was phenomenal for Breck. Checking in and out was easy and pleasant. The room was lovely and even had a wonderful fireplace. We will absolutely stay there again.

We loved the location and the area. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. The room was great, had the two bedroom suite with the sitting room, fireplace and balcony. However, they must not have vacuumed the room prior to our arrival as a previous guest had dropped and broken some type of clear plastic glass or plate and there were small sharp pieces everywhere in the kitchen and sitting room. We cleaned it up and moved on with our stay. I would recommend the location.

Hot Tubes were closed and nothing was said until we arrived. And then found out you had to make reservations for the pool. Pool closed at 6:00 and Opened at 10am. Check is was at 4 and check out is at 10 am. Disappointing. Also Welcome Center was closed and no one knew much about what was happening.
