Not safe, not worth saving money. No joke, EVERYONE in St. George will make fun of you if you stay here.
The Room: fridge was off when we arrived and had left a huge puddle on the floor; profane graffiti on the paintings; At night the fridge made a horrid noise in random spurts keeping us awake; the TV in the bedroom has a constant, terrible high-pitched whine; bathroom sink was clogged; there was some unidentifiable dark substance splattered on the bathroom door and -best part- the towel hook in the bathroom is DUCT TAPED TO THE WALL
This place has a hot tub and pool- DON'T USE THEM! Both H.T. and pool are crumbling to pieces, pool had gross film in/on it
The experience: Night one (Thurs) cops pull someone over next door, lets them go then came into our lot real slow. Right after that- a silver forefunner with almost blacked out windows pulled through slowly one way- then turned around and raced to the parking lot of "The pickler" next door. They pulled in facing us (we were on the landing watching), turned off their lights before stopping the car and sat there for however long. It was weird.
The last night (Sat) we were saying our goodbyes to family when some dude comes by the door "my gf is coming down real bad, do you guys have any shade?"
At the very least, I hope the ladies of the night got paid well as I could tell they were..... Burning the midnight oil, shall we say? Kept me awake ALL NIGHT
NEVER book here!!!

When the owner found out we were with oir Granddaughter and was gonna take her swimming, she put us on the ground floor when we were scheduled to be on top floor.

Older facility, motor lodge from back in the day so parking was not roomy.Staff were friendly and our room showed the cleaning staff work hard to keep it clean. Older furnishings. My wife has huge issues with dander, mold and chemical residue (cleaning/perfumes). She did not have a reaction ... so that is high praise. The kitchenette with full fridge was excellent.

It's old and outdated but people were nice.

Overall it was great other than our door dead bolt didn't work.

Went to a baseball tournament for a few days. Beds were fine but had a hideabed that broken. Room was cleaned the first day but not after that

Low end motel, no frills, make sure you bring a pillow because the six in the room were very old. The beds were very basic spring mattresses that were not comfortable.

I was desperate to book a hotel because the first one only gave me one bed. So we searched quickly and dint read other reviews. The front desk was very friendly and kind in checking us in but when asking for another towel I felt like they were resistant to give us one. The area felt shady and some of the rooms were rented to tenants. The breakfast included was one waffle iron and literal boxes of cereal options. The pool was freezing? The hot tub jets once turned on would not go off and they sprayed everywhere. There were no pool towels. The room was dirty. Our shoes stuck to the tile floors. The beds had a sheet and a cover but not a blanket…so we had to buy blankets. We had housekeeping stop by while we were there and we asked for new towels but they didn’t understand English and came in and cleaned while we were there. Which is ok, but they didn’t vacuum the floor, they used a make shift mop, a towel in a broom to sweep the carpeted area and even the tile. Now I know why the tile was sticky. We went and bought cleaner at the store and cleaned our room ourselves. We didn’t eat the free breakfast or have housekeeping visit after day 1. I guess I am just grateful we didn’t have to sleep in our car.

This place is filthy! All of it. My kids couldn’t walk around with their socks on without them turning black. The pool was gross, the breakfast area was filthy and unkept.

Horrible. Placed smells of body odor. Light switches are either broken or not functional. Bedding was dirty and stained. Water got to warm but not hot. The beds, cabinets, appliances, and shelves were either dirty, broken, or non functional. Overall stay was not good. This is barely a 1-star. I am not sure how the city has passed this place off for occupancy. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

It was so disgusting. There was a horrible cigarette smell even though it was a no smoking room. The couch looked like it had been sitting outside on the corner with a free sign on it for months. It was extremely dirty and torn up. We wanted a kitchenette so we could make our own food. There were zero items in the kitchen for cooking anything. No plates, pots, pans, utensils…nothing. The fridge had been turned to the off position which means it was warm. We turned it up and then it still wasn’t cold enough. We also couldn’t put anything in there that we had purchased because it would have gone bad. Every time we turned on the A/C it would pull cigarette smoke in from neighboring visitors. The breakfast was a joke. They only had waffles and cold cereal and it was a mess. Garbage everywhere, they ran out of milk, and there was a creepy guy who was employed there that just kept staring at people. I am appalled that they can charge that much for such poor accommodations.

It's convenient and easy to find.

The floor was super sticky, the sink and bathtub were super clogged. The furniture in poor condition. The Hotel did not have anyone available to fix the clogging problems.

In serious need of updating to justify the price. The pull-out sofa bed was stained and collapsed and everything looked dingy.

The layout of the rooms was great for our family of 6. There were three beds and a mini kitchen which was extremely helpful.

The staff was so sweet and the only reason they get a smile review. The room was cleaned, but not clean clean. My daughters feet were black after less than 5 minutes of walking around in the room. The bathroom looked like it had been updated, but the rest of the room needed updating.

This property price gouged us! I would never choose to pay the outrageous cost for the run down, sloppy conditions in which we stayed. I felt i needed to check for bed bugs upon arriving and we attempted to spend the majority of our stay visiting other locations to spend the least amount of time at our hotel room. For the cost we paid for one night could cover new carpet and upgrades to rooms! We will NEVER be staying at this property again.

We are driving through from CA to CO. We thought we would be able to grab something in Vegas but the cheapest place to stay in Vegas was $750/night. Forgetting we pass timezones we pulled into St. George at 2:30am instead of the 1:30 I was thinking. The lady at the desk was so nice with us coming in so late.

It is just an old motel that has not been updated. Very old furniture and appliances. They gave our room to someone else by mistake and we found out when we tried to open the door at midnight and scared them. But they quickly resolved it and gave us a better room. Not very clean and was dusty. Staff was friendly.

This place is super no frills. No table to go with the chair and couch. The hot tub and pool area are in need of a serious remodel. I wouldn’t even consider those as an option. I should’ve paid $10 more for a better place.

The room has a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, a table with chairs and a sofa. Super convenient for keeping things cold. Very comfortable room.
King size bed was nice. Friendly and awesome staff.

Horrible cleanliness of the room, floors were filthy along with old dirty couches and dead roaches on the floor… this place needs a major overhaul. I’ve stayed and some poorly maintained motels but this place takes the cake by far….

Frustrated that we chose this place because the listing said the 2-bedroom condo had 1 king and 2 queens, but it’s 3 DOUBLES. We have a miserable night ahead of us squeezed into these beds with one person opting to sleep on the couch instead. Such a MASSIVE rip off for the price we paid to not have the larger beds. Carpet and floors feel sticky, everything is ancient. Door lock doesn’t turn to deadbolt, though it is locked on the outside thankfully. If this wasn’t a quick overnight with little time needed in the room, I’d be in the office raising holy heck, but as it is, I’m just resigned. Biggest fear is we’ll come home with bedbugs or scabies…it’s gross enough that’s a real possibility. And we’re totally cheap motel people, we’ve got some wow stories, so it’s not like I’m comparing this to fancy places.

We had a condo suite with no cups, no plates, no coffee or coffee mugs or utensils. And no dish towel or paper towels. Tv was not working in both rooms. Had to have the worker come fix tv’s late at night. Weird set up.

Was nice. However would have expected that a suite with kitchen, would be equipped where you had utensils to prepare meals

Booked a room while passing through on a road trip. I had trouble finding a room last minute and this was one of the only options. I reviewed the previous ratings that are purported to have been written by real customers. I am convinced they are fictitious reviews.
The staff were helpful and polite but charged me more than the Expedia quote when I’d reserved the room. I was too tired to argue.
The property is downright disgusting. Appears to be primarily a long term residence for the majority of the occupants. We arrived around 2 am and found several people sitting in chairs or milling around the outside areas. Furniture and broken appliances were strewn about the exterior of the property.
The room was dated and filthy. The door was poor fitting from years of being forced open, light from outside streamed in around door frame when closed. I used a chair to secure the door. The bedding had multiple stains and the comforters had cigarette burns all over both beds. The pillows had hair on them indicating the sheets likely weren’t laundered after the previous guest. I stripped the bed and laid down in my clothes for a 3 hour nap because I simply couldn’t drive any longer. I was abruptly awakened by noisy vehicles and someone outside the door talking loudly at 5 am. I went to the sink and noted the bowl was full of black bugs when I flipped on the light the bugs retreated to the gap under the counter where the under mount sink attaches to the counter.
Avoid this place!

Beds could be more soft and bathroom could be bigger we are big people. You put a kitchen in there but nothing to use

This was a great place! Great price, clean and comfy, friendly staff, great location, kitchen (no cookware or utensils - but we didn't expect a kitchen anyway and we did use it). We would definitely stay again and recommend it. The pool was closed but the hot tub was open, breakfast was fine. It's not a $$$ Marriott, we didn't expect it to be and were very surprised that we loved staying here so much!

We felt like our room was in a dungeon. The air conditioner wasn’t working well. Couch was disgustingly filthy. Asked front desk for a blanket and was given one with two holes in it. Facility is out dated, in need of TLC.

We checked in there for the indoor pool. No one mentioned it when I checked in but the pool was closed for a violation. The beds were uncomfortable. We had 2 televisions and only one would work with the cable. The fire alarm was chirping and wasn’t hard wired in.

The room had a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave. Made it easy to live like normal while on vacation.

This property was run down, old mattresses lying around, people fixing their cars, no continental breakfast as indicated. Wont ever go back there again
