Todo ha ido de maravilla como siempre. La entrega de llaves fue rápida y sin complicaciones. El apartamento súper limpio y ordenado. Han tenido el lindo detalle de dejarnos una botella de cava y pastillas para el lavavajillas y la lavadora. La ubicación es perfecta! De nuevo, muchas gracias por el excelente servicio y atención!

The arrival was well coordinated. However when we arrive to the apparent, the sofa, the walls were really run down and dirty. We cleaned the floor and leaving room as it was filthy. We asked for another apartment but nothing available. The kitchen is poorly equipped and falling apart. The door to the freezer is detached. The microwave came off as soon as we pushed the button to open it. It worked finally. For the silverware, it had only 2 knives… but the listing says it sleeps 6 … which it will be very uncomfortable 6 as it has 1 doble bed and 2 small singles. We were 3 so that did not affect us. The price way too high for the actual standard.

It was a big comfortable apartment, easy and clean, for familys or groups of friends, restaurants, pubs and clubs and shops all around, we just loved it, very nice that we did not have to deliver the key card in the morning, and the staff at the office was so helpful and nice. We will use this firm again. Thank You so much.

Property was in a good area, about 10 mins from the underground on foot, and a few minutes if on the bus. A few points were less optimal, the kettle blew the fuse to the lights so hot water had to be via microwave, and the master bedroom shutters were broken so remained closed throughout our w/e stay as there was no available maintenance. Check-in staff very friendly, but unable to solve the above issues.

Very comfortable bedrooms, the master room has It's own balcony additional to the one in the living room area. Excellent kitchen, everything very nicely decorated and modern. Nice and helpful host, would definetly stay there again.

The pictures of this apartment are not very accurate. The apartment is located in a nice area about a 7 minute walk to the metro and close to a few grocery stores. However we were disappointed that the apartment was missing all the lovely decor that is shows on the pictures. The washing machine was extremely dirty, smelled very bad and we were not able to use it. This was a problem since you only get one set of towels per person. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. One of the nights some neighbors had a loud party that went very late. I emailed the management company and they never responded to my message. When we checked out I mention the loud party and the gentlemen who has very limited English, simply shrugged his shoulders and said it’s not anything he could control. I know he can’t control the neighbors and their actions, a simple apology would have sufficed. I do have to say that the apartment did have a fully equipped kitchen and the size of the apartment is comfortable for 4 people.
