The hotel is conveniently located and has friendly staff. Breakfast is OK and affordable. The bed - most important part - was good.
The Hotel is old and needs an uplift I would say. That said it is a relatively cheap hotel, so not sure if I can complain too much.

Firstly, I really really appreciate this hotel for taking my reservation at the last second; I was dumbed by the previous accommodation at Morehampton Townhouse in Donnybrook district before I made the booking here. Check in was quick & easy around 13:45. Thank you for letting me check in early, that was good. Charger outlets were plentiful too including the USB ones which helped me to charge my portable charger & my phone. Location is definitely one of the best; it's right on parnell square st, around the corner 100m it's Chinatown & you can find so many delicious restaurants there including Indian & Turkish foods too))
To be honest, I really don't understand why when housekeepers are cleaning my room, they don't change towels. Then also the last day(Sunday), no housekeeper came to clean my room even though my room didn't have the DO NOT DISTURB sign. That wasn't very nice cuz it seems like the housekeepers are not doing their jobs...not that pleasant to experience this.
Next, I also don't understand why I cannot use the microwave to heat my food in the morning during breakfast time. Look, I wanted to heat my food so I don't have to eat something cold in this cold weather. My stomach hurts after eating cold food that's why I wanted to heat my food so my stomach won't get hurt! Of course, the receptionist doesn't care; all she said was for me to not heat during breakfast time. Ok then, in that case, this definitely did not create a good impression on this hotel( though you technically saved me from being "homeless", this microwave part simply ruined my good impression on the hotel. Laundry can't be done on Sundays in the hotel, but you can take your clothes to the near by Gardiner St. Laundrette to wash your cloth for 8 Euros.

La situación es muy buena para moverte por el centro sin transporte. El desayuno por 10 euros no esta mal comparado con otros sitios y lo caro que es dublin.

+ Excellent Location!
+ Some of the staff (not all!) where so friendly and helpful!
+ My room was very comfortable!
+Excellent Wi-Fi!
+ Price compared to other hotels in Dublin (for this type of hotel) was excellent.
+ It has Iron for your clothes in case you need it!
- Sometimes in the room it was really very cold..
- The double bed is a bit small for two people, especially if they are tall or not skinny.
- You could hear absolutely everything from the next room..
- WC and Shower not very comfortable.

Bad/ Toilette etwas eng.

The location to the city is good.
The room had a coffee machine which was a nice touch.
The room was very small. The curtains didn’t fit the window and a street light lit up the room all night. The soundproof was very poor and we were woken up throughout both nights say, this was also due to the single pane window and noise from the buses.
Also the staff smoke on the steps outside the hotel, meaning our room was full of cigarette smell most of the time.
Breakfast was a shambles, one man trying to cook, clean and serve. All of the foods had ran out by the time we had a table provided. Then we needed to ask for cutlery, plates, butter etc. no end of problems. 20€ per head and we were served dried up bacon, eggs and beans. No service at all! Real shame.

I booked this property few months ago €164 and the exact same room €94 on the day …but won’t be booking again in advance and I’d recommend this to anyone….

On arrival we were welcomed, all questions answered and quickly settled into our room. Room was comfortable and location of hotel allowed us to easily seek food and look around.
The only thing I would mention was the price, but it seemed in general Ireland was expensive in comparison to what we are used to.

Easy access from the airport. 4 euros, it drops you in front of the hotel.
We didn't get the beds we had asked for. We wanted twin beds.
The shower was okay.
The breakfast is okay except that you can't get fried eggs just scrambled.

It was clean and the location is really good , links to everything. Clean towels provided and stuff , water bottles so I would definitely go back . we asked for 2 single bed last minute and they provided with that quite fast so services excellent.

Very very friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to O Connel Street. Reasonable value for money.
Breakfast was very basic, often very crowded and somewhat slow to replace when there was no more left.

A comfortable room, in a great central location with good WiFi, free water, tea & coffee, and even your own espresso machine in the room. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were very good quality. Bus stops just outside the door.
There was nothing that I did not like. I would have preferred a hand held shower but other than that, it's perfect.
