About this house rental
Located in Hilton Head Island, this lovely house for $1,668 per night is a great option for your next trip. Summary: Absolutely stunning 2nd row beach house with 8 bedrooms including a fabulously fun bunk room for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining 7 bedrooms each have a king size bed. Separate private office has a queen pull out sofa bed. There also is a pack n play provided. Professionally decorated with all new furnishings along with a well outfitted kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large pool with covered patio and outdoor shower. Public beach access is just steps away. Nearby Chaplin Park provides tennis courts, soccer field, basketball, and playground. The Space: The house is located on 2nd The row beach front. The home has 8 bedrooms with bunk room for the kids with 4 full size beds. The remaining bedrooms feature King size beds. There is a pack n play provided. This home provides a coffee maker that accommodates both K-cup and brew. The home is kid friendly. The garage has a ping pong table and and EV-Charger for those who are driving electric vehicles. There is a large pool with covered patio, and a Hot Tub. Guest Access: Guest will receive the door code 48 hrs prior to arrival. The Neighborhood: The Neighborhood is located next to a park which you can enjoy. The beach is only minutes away from the house. Getting Around: There are plenty of bike rental companies on the island that will deliver and pick-up bikes. There are also golf cart rental companies that will do the same. Beach essentials are provided, these include 12 beach chairs, beach wagon, some beach toys for the kids, and a 10x10 tent. Other Things to Note: Parking on Hilton Head Island is strictly enforced. No street parking is allowed. Noise ordinance is 10PM-8AM, however is monitored 24hrs a day. Hanging towels or other items on porch railings is prohibited. For your safety, we have installed cameras on the front porch and near the garage doors. Interaction with Guests: The management team will be available for any problems or questions you may have.

Our group of 11 adults had a great stay at this beautiful new home. Super close to a gorgeous beach, and easy to access other HHI restaurants, sites, and nature. House layout works extremely well for large groups, with plenty of space to spread out and most bedrooms having their own bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay.

This was a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and the location was great. The amenities were top notch. Each family member enjoyed their stay. Ken was a pleasure to deal with and he was very communicative. If we decide to come back to Hilton Head this definitively will be the primary choice to stay.

16 adults and 3 young kids stayed at the property. The house was very clean upon arrival. It fit us comfortably and was the perfect setting for a family reunion. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, serving dishes and utensils. We loved gathering in the family room, on the back porch, around the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back! Was a huge hit! Can't be the location - proximity to the beach is incredible!

A short walk to the beach, not only are the facilities at this house excellent - and they met the needs of our 21-member family wonderfully - the owners have given great attention to detail, from having everything you could need in the kitchen to all sorts of things you might want to take to the beach. The owners are also responsive to any enquiries renters may make, thoughtfully, courteously, and helpfully. We recommend this house without reservation.

Beautiful and spacious house for multiple families. I came with friends and we had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were perfect amenities. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach. The oven was tricky to use but everything else was top notch. I would definitely come back.

The house was amazing, big enough for almost any party. We rented this one out for our annual men’s business golf trip and all were very impressed with the home, location, and accommodations. Thanks again for helping us make this a great trip to HHi.

We have a week long extended family vacation (ages 10 to 80) and this house was perfect! They have thought of alot of extras to make your stay easy from beach toys, beach wagon, beach towels, 2 sets of washer/dryers. It was amazing. Communication with Kenneth was top notch! Highly recommend.

This house is new and beautifully decorated. The pictures are very accurate. It accommodated our group of 15 nicely. The kitchen had everything we need for a large group. The beach is within close walking distance. The pool and hot tub were used daily. The property manager had great communication and was very accommodating. Overall great experience and would stay here again in the future.

This house was perfect for our family of 18. It was very clean, close to the beach, had great amenities, and a good size pool. We look forward to staying here again sometime!

This house was new, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It accommodated our large group nicely by fulfilling all our expectations. The beach was within close walking distance. There was adequate parking. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a large table in the dining area. The pool/hot tub area was very nice along with sitting area with TV and ping-pong table. We did have one problem that needed attention. Ken promptly took care of it. And added plus, was close proximity to a park where we used the pickleball/basketball courts, and kids play area. If we come back to HHI next year, we would definitely like to stay at this house!

This home comfortably slept 16 adults and 6 children, we loved that the majority of the rooms had an en suite. It was clean and spacious. It’s about as close to the beach as you can get. I would recommend bringing your typical necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, propane, dish towels, etc. If you plan on using the pull out couch you may want to bring sheets, pillows, and a blanket for that. Beautiful home and we had a great time

Needed brs for 7 adults. Each person had their own king bed. Pool and patio area were great in the evenings while we were all winding down. House was new and had all the amities you’d need.

This is a wonderful property with all the amenities you'll need for a great time on the Island. From the spacious rooms, awesome kitchen and pool/hot tub, it was a great place to stay. The proximity to the beach was great as well. The property managers had great communication with us leading up to the trip and was very accommodating. Overall great experience and would return in the future.

We had an awesome time, the place is incredibly spacious and we all had a room. The check-in / out process was a breeze. Extremely clean, great location, can't recommend it enough!

To say this house had it all would be an understatement. Beautiful, practically brand new, perfect layout, amazing kitchen fit for my chef of a brother in law, the closest we’ve ever stayed to the beach (this is our 5th visit to the island), super close to a park that had tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, and great playground. Bikeable to shops, scenery and restaurants. All 18 of us enjoyed a comfy bed to sleep in. A TV in every room, including the covered outdoor deck area and hot tub area (also inclusive of ceiling fans). Wonderful pool. The list goes on. We would one million percent stay in this home again the next time we visit HHI. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage by the sea with us!

Had an amazing stay at this house. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for everyone to hang out together. Great communication from the property manager, any issues we had were resolved immediately. Truly a great house and location.

This house is truly amazing!!! The interior is finished perfectly, location is fantastic, and has everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway at the beach. Looks exactly like the photos! It was perfect for our group of 16 adults and we had more than enough room. The owner was also very responsive and helped with arrangements for a delivery prior to check in, which was very much appreciated. There is a bit of construction in the area and a house going up on the side of the pool, but we didn’t mind. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot tub, but could have been operator error - we informed the host regardless. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back!

This house is absolutely stunning. It has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room to spread out. It’s the closest house within walking distance to the beach- very short and enjoyable walk. The pool is very refreshing and there are many outdoor areas to gather and socialize; perfect for a large family or friend gathering. Entertainment options galore! The beds were extremely comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. A perfect weekend getaway.

This house is great! Very stylish, super spacious and in walking distance to the beach. All of our guests had plenty of room and were happy with their stay. The only issues we had was on VRBO's end.

We came during the workweek, staying into the weekend with some friends, and had just an absolutely wonderful time at this incredible vacation home. It was perfectly located near the beach/shopping/restaurants, and the home had every conceivable amenity. In particular, I was grateful for two unexpected finds: (1) the dedicated office space—as some of us were still working remotely and we had kids with us—and (2) the electric vehicle charging station in the garage.
Everyone enjoyed the large, private pool and barbecue area. The kids loved playing ping pong. And we all kept rotating between the beach and the pool the entire trip. You know you’re in a good location when you can barbecue at home and easily walk food out to all the kids playing at the beach :)
Overall, we give it a 10/10 and would definitely return. Thanks for the awesome stay. We’ll be back.

“We had an incredible stay with the family— the home is gorgeous and pristine; everything was immaculate. The location is unbeatable; steps from the beach and across from a large city park with soccer fields and tennis courts, yet it still felt private. The kids spent hours having fun in the pool and going between the beach and pool multiple times a day. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was nice to split meals dining al fresco by the pool, eating on the back patio, and having the nice dining room inside to utilize as well. The mattresses were amazing (we have a high bar) and the kids LOVED the bunk room. All in all an amazing stay and we hope to come stay at Sea Front Lane again next time we’re in HHI!”
