In the summer and fall, you can indulge in world-class lake and river fishing, play golf at scenic mountain golf courses, go horseback riding, or explore nearby attractions such as Mammoth Hot Springs, Yosemite, Rainbow Falls, Devils Postpile, and John Muir Wilderness Park. Enjoy scenic walks to Mammoth Creek and experience the stunning Fall colors in the eastern Sierra. The Mammoth Community Park is just a short walk away, where your kids can enjoy multiple play gym sets and swings. In the winter, Mammoth Lakes transforms into a winter wonderland with world-class skiing and snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort, as well as opportunities for ice skating, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, sledding, and more. Please note that our condo is equipped with a pellet stove fireplace in the family room, which provides ample heating during the winter months. Each room also has electric radiant heaters for added comfort. Please be aware that this condo does not have forced air heating. During peak season, from December 20 to January 8, check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We regret that we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late check-outs during this period.
