Beds weren’t too comfortable but the room was overall pretty clean. There were pieces of hair here and there in the bathroom. The room smelt of really strong bleach unfortunately and there was no switch to turn on the bathroom fan to try and air it out and the window didn’t open either. The hotel is very small and isn’t in a super scenic location but it was fine for the one night trip we had. We reserved the double queen and it was a good size with a small fridge, working AC, and lots of closet space. However, if you’re staying in Santa Barbara, I would recommend staying in one of the hotels along the coast but this hotel is still a great more affordable option.

The room was plenty big and bed was comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Will definitely stay in the again in the future.

Nice, clean and easy checkin. Travis was great. Been a really relaxing stay.

Front desk staff not very professional, low energy and not helpful. I asked for an upgrade from a king and sofa bed to a two queen room, the manager gave me the upgrade for an additional $50.
Would have been nice for free, but we were willing to pay.
The plumbing in the adjoining rooms were horrible. When the upstairs neighbors would turn on the water or shower the noise was horrendously loud. It woke us up several times.
I informed the manager but no response.

I liked the location and comfort of the room. I didnt like being charged for water bottles as 2 free bottles are standard pretty much anywhere. Dog fee of $75 was also a little more than im used to paying

It was easy to park and get to my room. Asked certain staff for recommendations around town and was given a mediocre place to go. Later staff was good and accommodating.

It’s about five miles from downtown Santa Barbara. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.

The room accommodations were spacious, comfortable, visually pleasing and clean. Loved the walk-in shower. Excellent room layout.

Great property.
Unfortunately we were in room 110.
Which is right by pool, restaurant, and such and was loud in room. For some reason sound really travelled into room from outside.
I am sure any other room would have been much better.

Great value for price.

The room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable but the hotel is located right off the freeway and not in a comfortable walkable area. Also booking thru Expedia did not make clear that we would be charged $75 for bringing out little dog. Very annoying.

Nice large rooms; nice shampoos amd bath liquid
It would be nice if they provide bottle water

Was checked into an already occupied room. Thankfully the other guests were not in the room as the situation could have escalated.

The place is nice… the room was a little chilly and the provided bedding was not very comfortable (the blankets), but the room was very clean and nice overall. The breakfast was rather generic, and probably below what one would even expect at a McDonald’s.

Really nice rooms. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is a little odd, but easy to get places. Would recommend! We will stay there again.

I like this property but I wish places were in walking distance and the windows had better view but it was clean, nice and a good place to stay for a few nights.

The hotel was spacious and clean. However, the lobby does not seem to be named hotels such as Hyatt. Breakfast was ok but coffee was terrible.

Hotel room phone was disconnected, it just like a toy there, request for the slippers. But they are not offering anything!

what a difference than my last stay at another hotel in Santa Barbara that was utterly awful. This property is clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive. I will definitely be staying here again.

Our tv and phone didn’t work upon arrival. It was very noisy. Every time the room above us flushed a toilet there was a very loud woshing noise. Thin walls. No place to eat. The pros is that the room size was great for families.

Room heater worked well and we always had hot water. Sheets very hard and uncomfortable. Only 1 towel hook available. Nice to have a safe and fridge.
