We live in Sedona and are nearby if you need anything but we respect our guest's privacy. Quiet, historic neighborhood that is just minutes to Uptown shopping and restaurants and the world-renowned Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village. Walk to the Brewer Trailhead, or hop in the car and drive 10 minutes or less to Soldiers Pass, Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, and more! We have ample covered parking on the premises. We are just a short drive to West Sedona, Uptown Sedona, and Tlaquepaque. Please note that this home uses a ductless mini-split system to heat and cool rooms. This allows guests to have great control of the temperature of each living space. The mini-splits are remote operated and instructions on how to use them will be provided. The home is fully electric! • We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. Any evidence of these activities will result in a minimum $500 remediation fee. • No pets.
