The house was great to accommodate 14 people (multi generational family). We paid to heat the pool which was a great during a cold weather spell. The location in the gated community with a short drive, walk or bike ride to the beach was perfect. Golf cart fit 6 and there were also two bikes provided. Lots of beach chairs and toys to use during our stay. Plenty of towels provided unlike other rentals we’ve stayed at where it was one towel per person. We did have one issue with dryer while there but maintenance took care of it immediately. The cleaning of the house could be improved upon (better swept floors prior to arrival) but that was minimal and we did not let it impact our stay. Overall I would recommend this house!

This was a wonderful house for a large group of adults. Plenty of comfortable large beds with private bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and provisions for a long weekend. The views were lovely and everything was within walking distance. The property manager was accessible and helpful as well. We would definitely plan a repeat vacation to Sundancer.

We stayed at Sundancer 9/7-9/10 and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was stunning, beautiful views of the water, super clean! They had all the amenities that we needed. Koy from maintenance was extremely helpful whenever I had a question about something. We all would recommend this property 100%!!!!!

This house was absolutely beautiful! Great sunset, views, great location, and the biggest flex was the outdoor patio. My family and I enjoyed cooking on the grill and sitting by the pool late into the evening hours. I highly suggest renting the spot if you’re looking for an awesome family vacation.

The overall house was just okay. We had 16 people (adults and kids) staying in this house. It definitely needed to be cleaned better. The bunk area for the kids was dirty all around the beds, the baseboards weren’t properly cleaned and there was definitely some mold in at least one of the bathrooms. When we were there the oven was broken so we were unable to use it the entire week (and was also was filthy). The kitchen was not properly stocked either. We had no pot holders or hot plates. The grill smoked for quite a while because there was a ton of residue under the grates. The pool was incredibly hot. So hot that many of us stayed out of it the whole week. The hot tub controls were locked at 6 hours per evening and dumping more hot water in, which wasn’t helping the problem. This house is way overpriced and we didn’t feel like we got our monies worth.

This was a great property for our group of 16. Great location with easy access to everything. Close to the beach and the golf cart made it easy for transportation. The kitchen was fully equipped for our family that loves to cook. The kids loved the bunk room with the TV’s in each bunk. The outside was a great entertainment area. Outdoor cooking while kids swam worked perfectly. The house has plenty of space for large groups. Response from management when something went wrong was very quick. We would come back again!!

This large 5 bedroom home is a nice walk from the beach, and an easy ride on the provided 6 person golf cart. The home is newer, with a nice pool, and a patio area that includes an outdoor bar and grill.
The property manager was very responsive to an air-conditioning problem that we experienced, he came to the home within minutes of our call and fixed the problem.
However, we found the house to be less then spotless,
a good thorough cleaning of floors, baseboards, bathrooms is really necessary. The kitchen lacked basics, having only one kitchen towel and dishcloth. Broken glassware and dishes were in the cabinets and no hot pads. The bathrooms, though large and luxurious were less then clean, the bathroom rugs were dirty, we actually found toenail trimmings on the setae in the 2nd floor master bath, and possible mold around the tub in the 2ndfloor front bathroom.
Our group has rented beach properties before, this property is very nice, with many amenities but lacks basic cleanliness standards.

Had a spur of the moment trip to Destin for a few days and service was awesome! Actually had to add a couple days to the stay and it was quick and seamless to do so! Property has great value with plenty of space and coastal comfort! Would recommend to anyone heading to Destin area!

This is such a beautiful home with plenty of room for a big group. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay. We were there in January and had the pool heated which was well worth the added cost to do so. Beds were comfortable and everything looked clean. The bathrooms were amazing and the master shower was huge! With such a large group having 2 sets of washer/dryers was awesome as well as an extra mini fridge and beverage fridge. Plenty of dining ware, cookware and appliances. We even utilized the outdoor grill and bar outside for preparing meals. The location was a /min golf cart ride to the ocean with plenty of parking space and shopping/restaurants within minutes as well. Great location for multi-activity needs. Minor improvements would be to have pot holders to get food out of the oven and a vacuum that worked to help clean up after ourselves. I would rent here again if we have another large group vacation together.

The house was beautiful and central to everything in town- the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We weren't able to find the back community exit to the beach until the day we left, but it's super close and very convenient with the golf cart that was included. The whole family was blown away by the house. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and view were amazing perks. We appreciated the quick communication and hospitality- especially when seeking a later check-out time. There were beach chairs, and plenty of towels. We are hoping to come back next year!

We all had an amazing time in this beautiful home. Location to beach, restaurants, and grocery store was great. Kids and adults alike all enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Community pool was never crowded and we sometimes went over there. Relaxing and constant fun.

Sundancer is a beautiful home! Check-in was a breeze, received the code on time, as promised. Did have a few snafus with some of the upkeep...a few of the bathrooms had some bulbs that were out, only 9 wristbands for Club Destiny and we had 13 guests, and not enough remotes for all the TVs in the bunk bedroom. We didn't get to use the golf cart much, which was a bummer....had issues with it charging and that took a few days to clear up so we only had use of it for 2 days. If you are staying at the end of the month and your stay carries over to the next month, be careful! We got locked out of the community for a while because they change the code each month. Would definitely stay here again- loved the pool and hot tub a LOT! It really is a great vacation spot- could only be better if it was right on the beach!!

We had an absolutely amazing week with our family. The house was beautiful and was able to accommodate our group of 16. Every question/inquiry was promptly answered.
On our check-in day, we arrived at 4:00 pm and the cleaning team was still there. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to complete the cleaning. Also, there are only nine wristbands to access the community amenities- as a group of 16 we were never able to use the community pool or theater together which was a bit disappointing. Access to the public beach was also a bit farther away than we were led to believe.
Even with those minor inconveniences, we throughly enjoyed our week and would net hesitate to stay in this property again.

Our family loved the house it was awesome. It was close to beach and on rainy days it was nice to be able to use the private movie room just for our family.
The playground within this housing area was easy for us to take the kids. Daniel our point person was quick to respond with any questions we had. A few disappointing items: the oven did not work the entire time but Dan did bring a air fryer for us to use. The hot tub did not get hot enough for our group. Also we a rough time figuring out the remotes with the main level tv. A good fix would be a card with written instructions (we had to call Dan with this also) we did see two 3” sized

The pictures did not even do this property justice. It was even even more beautiful and spacious than we expected! We had 8 adults and 7 children in the house for a one week vacation in Destin. There was more than enough room for our group of 15. The outdoor area was beautiful - the kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub! The location was great, only a few minutes to walk to the beach. It is away from the more touristy area of Destin which was also nice. Highly recommend this home!

We had a few hiccups in our stay along the way but I will say that the property manager and maintenance did their best to quickly remedy the issues.
The outside area was perfect for our family as they love to fish and you can fish right off the back deck of the house which was very nice. The kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. We stayed in May and I recommend the pool heat for comfort.

We had a great stay at the Sundancer. It was us, our kids and grandkids. Everyone had a perfect, relaxing vacation. The pool kept the kids busy when we were at home. The house was exactly as described and the backyard was a dream.

From the beginning check in went extremely smooth and we were able to start enjoying the property right away. House was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs, sand toys, bicycles and other fun stuff for the kids to do. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. All bedrooms were large and had their own en-suite bathrooms. Downstairs was much larger in person than in the pictures as well. I would say only problems we had which were very minor was that the beverage cooler didn’t get cold enough in the kitchen and the grill really didn’t cook food evenly. Pool heater had a malfunction but Daniel from management was there to fix it within 10 minutes. Overall our experience was that everyone had a great time and the house was amazing.

Perfect place for our family of 14 In-laws and out-laws. My only complaint is that you could use new bed pillows and the grill is not great. Other wise it was a beautiful place . Loved it highly recommend. Would stay again.

We were thrilled to see the house matched the photos. Ellen at the property management company was incredibly helpful. The house was really clean. Daniel the maintenance contact was also helpful and patient with our questions.
Everyone was very happy with the house and excited to stay in such a nice place. The location was fantastic - close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Super quiet at night, and the house itself seems solidly built, which helped keep some noises to a minimum. The kitchen was perfect, and we had enough dishes, pots, and such to operate sufficiently.
Paying the additional fee for the hot tub and pool to be heated was worth every single penny since temps were lower than hoped for while we were there. The fire pit was a great touch, too. (Did not use the grill this time.) Everyone had an amazing time. We hope to schedule another trip and will definitely look to rent Sundancer again.
