Not the best. If you need something basic and functional it works.

Large footprint. Great location. Large desk and great wifi. Serves breakfast.

Workman banging and yelling at each other outside my room at 7am in the morning. They wanted to charge me almost 40 dollars for early check in. Front desk person sounded robotic and scripted when she checked me in. No personal touch. Later check in and early check out than most...they really want that extra 40 dollars

Super pratique

L’emplacement, le déjeuner inclus, salle de gym

Le non respect de bruit tels que les cris, les claquements de porte dans le corridor pendant les heures de nuit. L’odeur du cannabis dans le corridor, le réfrigérateur non utilisé reste allumer donc une perte d’énergie, nous l’avons éteint pendant notre séjour.

El desayuno muy rico y completo, el personal amable (Nos permitieron dejar las cosas después de realizar el check out), la ubicación es muy céntrica.

La distribución de nuestra habitación, no realizaron el aseo el primer día y que la cocina no tenía ningún utensilio.

お部屋がとても広かった。シーツなども清潔で、お部屋もきれいでした。ホテルの人は少し冷たい感じでしたが、質問したことは的確に答えてくれました。一度パーキングすると出たり入ったりできるチケットをくれました。ほぼ車は市内では使わなかったのですが、便利だと思いました。エリアも安全だった。朝食は毎日同じようなものだったが、普通に十分満足できた。

私の読み落としかもしれませんが、パーキングが無料でなかったのでついて驚きました。他のホテルは有料と書かれていて、その値段も書かれてましたが、このホテルは表示がなかったので、無料と思い予約した。キッチン付きと書いてあったのだけれども、コーヒーメーカーと、電子レンジしかなかった。

Gostei muito da localização, do café da manhã e da acomodação tudo muito bom!! Voltaria mais vezes com certeza.

Só o chuveiro que após algum tempo de uso a água não fica quente. Mas somente foi uma vez que isso aconteceu. Nas demais coisas estava tudo ótimo.

It was the perfect stay for us, not cheap not expensive, with a great location to tourist.

People at the reception was very kind and helpful, even though the last day it was very crowded. The same with people at breakfast, they tried their best to attend all of our needs. The room was quite spacious, nonetheless it was too dark and that made everything feel a bit smaller and not too clean.

According to our experience at the Hotel, the bathroom could have been cleaner. You can notice that they clean everything after one's check out, but specifically the bath floor had fungus marks. On the other hand, breakfast was very crowded that you can hardly find a sit. So I'll suggest to go breakfast early in the morning to have a comfortable experience. Or the Hotel should invest in get a bigger place for that.

it’s a nice place, the location is great, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. the place is still overpriced, but that’s the story everywhere right now.

There was a fire alarm in the middle of one of the nights, we stayed, and the communications around where to go and when to come back were not clear. It was the only noteworthy negative thing I can think of.

Older hotel, great staff

The front desk staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff was good, but seemed unorganized. The first full day they did not clean the room so we got extra towels from front desk thinking there was no regular housekeeping. Next day we were at breakfast when they came into the room and finished it in the 10-15 mins we were gone. I can say they are honest since we had phone and laptop and other stuff lying around. Rooms were a decent size. The breakfast was pretty good with hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, fruit, bagels and other items. Elevators worked well and the wait was minimal. Location was great for Chinatown, Old Montreal and we walked around and felt pretty safe even after dark.

The room had a kitchenette, but that comprised of a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and empty cabinets and drawers. Plates and silverware were available on demand. It would have been helpful if there were a few plates and glasses and silverware in each room (paper cups were provided). Also, the room showed its age. There was a hook on the back of the bathroom door, but was not there any more, so not much space to hang wet towels. The room was not very bright, even with all the lights on.

It sucked. I wasted a lot of money on a cheap, dingy hotel.

Location is good because it’s close to the old port. Breakfast was ok but a bit basic.

The washrooms are falling apart and are so dirty. Staff do nit clean properly. My daughter’s bed sheet had a blood stain on it so sheets are not getting washed. The room carpet is filthy. Beds are just meh. I woke up with a rash all I er my arms and back. It’s either the awful complimentary body wash or the bed sheets. It was just awful. Don’t come here. Not with the money.
