Over all It was worth the price.
Until I was treated by the staff responsible for checking the room for checking out/cleaning. His name is Jerry, the first time I have experienced compared from my previous travel. On my first day, I ask for permission check out for extra minutes from the receptionist, usually most of the hotels it’s not really an issue to stay for a bit, but this staff as soon as it hits 12noon, he knocked on my door and demanded me to leave the room and took the room key, he was talking to me in a very rude manner as if he can throw me in the window if he can. I went down to talk to the receptionist, the same staff I talked to on my first day but even the receptionist did not do anything as Jerry is in high pitch and seems that she was scared to. We went back to my room and he was starting to removed everything and start cleaning without my privacy, without giving me time to finalize my stuff.

It’s conveniently in the centre of downtown action. We walked in every destination we attended. The room consisted of two separate controls of the temperature in the room. The room came with a kitchen, appliances, table, bed & anything that an apartment would have.

it was right on St Laurent St which was wonderful. except the corner the hotel was on, it was the only corner where there was garage piled on the street corner and intersection. and numerous homeless and drug addicts sleep on the street. they offered breakfast. however is was only toast or cold cereal and coffee. it was not breakfast. no scale to weigh the luggage. they claim it was not returned so they did not replace it. I advises them the law requires them to provide a scale front desk did not know what the other staff did or was doing. carpets I. the halls were terrible. torn and worn AND. o elevator!!!! halls stunk like urine. the room was clean
I never stayed in such poor hotel in my life

The location is close to subway line. Staff is friendly. I have stayed here at least 6 times, it feels safe.
Construction noise starts before 6am (which is not allowed but yet it happened every morning!) we were first assigned a room right over the construction zone, but requested a change. Despite this change of room, the noise was intolerable. The beds need to be replaced.
