I had a problem with a night front-desk clerk while check-in, but next morning I had a chance to meet Mrs Ana Oliveira (General manager assistant) - and everything was fixed in 3 minutes!!!! Mrs Ana Oliveira is a HIGHLY-PROFESSIONAL person and a beautiful woman! Thank you, Mrs Oliveira for everything you've done for me! Besides, breakfast is really good and employees in restaurant are VERY smily and nice!

Staff was helpful and nice, especially to arrange the shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was diverse and good. The room had a sofa bed that was quite helpful. The beds were made in a way that the mattress sheets would not come off. So we didn't have to make the beds again once we would open them up, as it happens in many hotels. The size of the room was also a bonus. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were of good quality. Overall the stay was good.
We didn't appreciate the fact that the cleaning staff doesn't clean behind furniture. We had a pen fall behind a table near the bed and it was disgusting. The rest of the room was nice, but the image we got is that the minimum is done in terms of cleaning. The shower was old so sometimes it was difficult to regulate to an agreeable pressure. The fee to have a pet in the room is outrageously expensive.

Unfortunately I cannot properly rate this hotel. We arrived in Montreal extremely tired and hungry after an overseas flight was delayed and we missed the last connection of the night. I booked the Marriott Residence Inn at the last minute, but we mistakenly got off the airport shuttle bus at the Courtyard Marriott. The hotels share a shuttle bus. Due to the computer system being down, we were unable to properly check in and did not discover we were at the wrong hotel until morning. Much appreciated the staff letting us get into the room before the computers were sorted out. But perhaps the shuttle bus driver could give more info to passengers as he is dropping them off.

We had to book here on a spur of the moment change and had to be close to the airport. We were delighted with the size of our room, the friendliness of the front desk staff, and the breakfast was excellent! The oatmeal bar was a great treat from packaged oatmeal!
We ate dinner at the restaurant and it wasn't amazing- no, we should not have ordered fries and they were cool and unsalted. The burrito bowl was a lot of rice with cooler than normal toppings that should have been warmer.

I requested a wake up call and no one called me on August 23 at 4.30am. It’s a good thing I had another alarm set or I would have been late to catch my plane.

Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Excellent staff.
The complimentary breakfast wasn't good. Everything was overcooked and very dry. Prior to Covid the hotel had a great breakfast which was included in the price. We ended up paying for a good breakfast at the Marriott Courtyard located next door.

Our room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly.
We have been staying at this hotel for many years prior to Covid as well as several weeks during the pandemic. We fall were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. Everything was dry and way over cooked. Even the waffles were dry and heavy. Finally we decided to have breakfast at the Marriott Courtyard, which was excellent. This was an added expense.

Airport shuttle, last minute accommodations after cancelled flight, good breakfast included, very nice staff.
Overpriced dining.
