The place was awesome. Close to restaurant and shops. All were walking distance.
I'd love to compliment the staff as well for being approachable. The facilities were also good including breakfast selection. Close to the convention as well and other famous hotels.
Most likely that it was along the highway and sometimes, the Uber ride was not accurately dropping us to the pinned location.

Bed’s and location.
Customer service from Kenna and Jaze (she told me her name was). Rudest service I have ever experienced. Wow, not welcomed at all. If you don’t like your job then don’t do it. I have stayed and tons of hotels/hostels/airbnbs/vrbos and I came in with a reservation through third party. A few years ago (less than 5) they had valet parking and it was cheaper. I was told they never ever had it, when in fact I stayed here a few years ago and they did to which Jaze told her it actually was a thing. Kenna supposedly was her name when I asked. With my reservation the parking was supposed to be a bit cheaper so I only advised the pricing was off but was willing to pay which I did along with the security deposit no argument as much as for parking you should honor as much as “oh we’ve been trying to fix that issue with third parties.” I also requested first floor accommodation due to being a disabled veteran and she looked me up and down. I did state I’m epileptic which I didn’t have to say. I told her I contacted them directly but never heard any contact back. I advised if nothing available that’s okay, my wife is here to assist. My wife came in and asked how it’s going since she was unloading and they told her no valet and no first floor and she had to park. Instead of politely stating there isn’t a first floor in this building. If I would have known then I would understand which I only try to request accommodation and not expect. Kenna or whomever stated rudely that’s the closest floor available and gave the room keys. Sadly having to edit my review due to the bathroom smelling like raw sewer. I even advised as fellow customer service representative there could have been better communication there especially with parking. Despite location, which everyone loves, I do not recommend. Peace of mind is peace of mind. Hilton is better than this.

Was charged a total of 4 times of the hotel reservation fee into my credit card, each at different costs. Twice upon check-in, another 2 more times a day later. The counter staff managed to void 2 charges but upon check out, there were still 2 charges of different cost billed into my credit card which the counter staff explained that one if the charge could only be voided by the hotel manager in the afternoon. Although it was eventually left with only 1 hotel charge, I've received yet another billing of USD 45 a day after I've checked out...
In addition my stay was not credited into points to my membership, despite informing the staff at the time of check out.
Am rather disappointed with Hilton and would definitely think twice before considering booking Hilton as my choice of hotel during my next travel.

i specifically asked before making a reservation if it had a pool and I was told yes but when we arrived it was one of the first things we checked out and it was under maintenance! I would have reserved elsewhere if I had known that! also the lack of amenities in the room was astounding! No water no liquor or anything other than coffee! I was surprised at the lack of anything offered! Hilton used to be the best at this! what happened!
