The staff cared and was willing to answer any questions we had. Nice place.
The only complaint I have is that this room was like $150 more in the Hilton honors app than booking.com. Please give your loyal members the best deals you can! Thank you!

Liked the cookies, but had to pay for breakfast.
Got a handicap room with a DOUBLE bed for two people. Claimed they didn’t even have queen beds.

Doubletree historically has great value.
Location for parking doesn’t give a safe feeling considering guests pay to park at the property, toilet was clogged and the best solution was to wait for the dayshift maintenance to come in the morning, 2 TV remotes didn’t work, grounds weren’t shoveled of snow…

Doesn’t work for the price . Too old

I like the location, we went to a football game which didn’t take long to get to and from, and shopping was not far
Paying for parking, I feel we are staying at the hotel why should we pay to park there a little ridiculous and I know the norm!

Disappointed. The Hotel lobby was a lot nicer than the actual room. Partially broken TV, no information packet/card, dirty window, and almost no channels on the TV either. This is also the first time I've had to pay extra for parking at a hotel (15$ a day) and in spite of that there were almost no spaces at all. Ended up having to park all the way around the back near the dumpsters and walk around the building just to get in. The furniture in the room was cheap and in poor condition. Rock hard, cheap mattress (even by hotel standards) and even cheaper pillows. The bathroom was the only part that seemed well furnished however I was disappointed to find almost no soaps, shampoos, etc Were provided. Instead of the traditional system this hotel uses refillable containers which are mounted on the wall. Just felt kind of stingy to me and I've never seen that done in any other hotel I've stayed at. The pool/hot tub area was also entirely closed off for remodeling however this was not mentioned at all when I booked the room online so it came as an unpleasant surprise upon our arrival. If I had been made aware of this detail I would probably have booked a completely different hotel instead but sadly the listing made no mention of it at all and simply said the hotel had a pool/hot tub. Service at the front desk was also pretty slow, had to stand in the lobby for almost half an hour just to check in. I would like to say that in spite of this the service from the employees was actually good and I thought they seemed very nice. If anything the slow service at the front desk was more due to understaffing. Overall I can't say anything positive about this place. For the price point it should have been better. It looks a lot nicer from the outside and from pictures of the lobby/first floor areas but the actual hotel part is far less polished.

The mattresses were very nice and comfortable
When I arrived at this location, we were met with staff that were having room shortages. Not only did we arrive at 9:45 pm, they still did not have rooms cleaned for my family or others. I was offered water and cookies which were fine after the 30 min wait at the desk. Not only that, spending $200+ I don’t think it would be too much to ask for a fridge or microwave at a Hilton. Hallways definitely needed some A/C though.

I was only there long enough to sleep and shower before catching my next flight. I didn’t have any of the breakfast
The cleanliness definitely could’ve improved for my room. It was a bit gross. The main areas of the hotel were nice and the staff was super nice but my room was questionable.

Nice lobby.
Way outdated section which we stayed in, looked like it hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. Also I didn’t like the blood on the wall inside my room by the door. Most elevators (5 out of the 7) were either broken or turned off so there were many aggravated people always waiting for elevators. Also I was notified AFTER I booked the room on a NO CANCELLATION deal that the pool and hot tub were closed so I couldn’t even switch hotels without losing my money, I feel like I was scammed by Doubletree and by Booking.com.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. we had breakfast included and it was delicious and the servers were so sweet. We also asked and got cookies almost everyday.
The rooms do not have fridges which we missed greatly. Also, one of the reasons for choosing this hotel is that it had a pool but I was informed 2 days prior that it would be closed for renovations. My kids were disappointed.

The second room (9th floor) and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the Shampoo and lotions they offered. The beds were comfortable.
The first room on the 2nd floor was awful. 2 of the 4 lamps were not working. It was dingy. We went back to the front desk and they moved us. Also did not like that we had to pay for parking. Seemed like a rip off as many other vehicles did not have parking passes and they were there overnight. No pool.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The soda machines on every floor is convenient. and the hotel is centrally located.
Honestly, I have nothing bad to say. This stay was really nice. I feel well rested.

room is nice. staff if very professional and prompt. didnt spend alot of time at the feont desk checking in.
cant make food easily . for the amount paid there are zero luxuries ie: breakfast, not even sure if there was a microwave. and have to pay for parking!?!?

Nice hotel! Very clean and staff is attentive.
Starbucks on-site for a good cup of coffee. The f course you receive the notorious warm and free cookies on arrival… and bottle of water.
Several conference rooms and work areas if needed during your stay. Nice pool indoor area.
Bed/pillows were comfy and room was clean. No mini fridge in our room.
