You are literally located in what looks like literally out of a zombie apocalypse movie of a street. Right outside the so called "Hilton" is like a crack house fest. Garbage on the floor, dirtiness, even the parking lot
Staff extremely passive aggressive and inpatient. Parking lot is so dirty feels almost like you could catch something. All night random alarms go off like you living in some random hood. If u step one foot outside the so called Hilton u will enter what is now officially the dirtiest filthiest crack head drug ridden garbage bearing street u will experience. Like it's literally located in what looks like a drug trap house. I couldn't believe this was the Hilton. This is 2024 and ladies and gentleman I just cannot explain to you what down town San Fransisco has turned into. A drug infested garbage filthy extremely unsafe zombie apocalypse. If u want to literally take ur partner or kids right into a crack house and street then go to Hilton Financial District, if u think I am exaggerating just take a simple ride thru it and let me know if u think I'm exaggerating.

I liked that everything was close by or easy to get to. Bayview room had excellent view of the city bay
Wish the bathtub had a stopper in it and that room was a little bit bigger

1) Got an excellent view from my room, the window goes all the way across the wall, overlooking the Coit Tower
2) The staff who checked me in was excellent, great experience
3) Bed was nice
4) Wifi was good
1) Sad about the location, being my first time to US and to downtown SF I thought staying at Chinatown area would have been a safe option to get good food and restaurants or convenience store, but boy was I wrong, everything shut early and no convenience stores in the close vicinity after 8pm, not many restaurants in Chinatown were open either. So no this is not Hilton’s fault but the location is definitely a let down these days
2) Bathroom is a bit small
3) No free breakfast
4) Carpet on hallway makes pushing bags a challenge

The location was pretty central, only 20 minute walk to main areas ie fisherman’s wharf, Alcatraz tours, union square. Facilities were amazing gym was very good. Originally was placed in a room that backed into the elevator which was incredibly noisy, I asked staff if it was possible to be moved and they immediately gave us a new room further away we were very impressed with the service.
Windows aren’t very soundproof so be weary with lower level rooms. We were on level 9 and could hear a lot of road noise and people talking/yelling in the middle of the night. Also be weary when booking standard double rooms as the back onto the elevator shaft which is incredibly noisy and you can hear the elevator constantly.

La ubicación y la atención
El restaurante, una carta muy escasa, la comida regular y muy cara.
El mercadito, que vende café, fruta y sándwich, sólo abre por las mañanas.

Location to sone great food and easy parking
It was very basic but we didn’t expect anything more. The bathroom is very dated.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the resturant offered good food. The location is great!!
The quality of tissue and toilet paper in the rooms is below average. I wish the hotel resturant offered more options. One day they were not ready for customers at 6:30 which had us run a little behind schedule for our first appointment.

The location was great for our weekend plans. Further, the convenance of breakfast at the facility was a plus. The wait staff in the restaurant were fantastic!
My bank card was hacked at some point during our stay. I found out when we went to breakfast.

Location
Very old room design and forniture.
On booking.com they wrote information that are not true. No bidet and no microwave in any room, according to what rude reception staff said. They also suggested booking.com must have made up those information.
Little food selection at breakfast (no croissants, cereals, biscuits, pain of chocolate, nothing suit…).
Very dirty windows (the view was always foggy and grey due to the dirt).
The crib requested on arrival was not there.
The parking fee was absolutely ridiculous (60$ + taxes) per day. There are plenty of other parking around that cost less than half.

Parking is available at the hotel (relatively more affordable compared to other hotels) that is connected to the hotel, ease of driving in and out. One of the reasons why i chose this hotel. 24-hour security is available at the parking lot (supposedly). Complained about the room, front desk able to accommodate room switch. I'm very happy about that. The location was good, close enough for tourist spots. Bed was comfortable enough. Room size is the same as other hotels for 2 queen / 1 king, spacious enough. The refrigerator is available and a coffee maker.
There are no good options for dining near by, requires a long walk, driving out, or Uber. Walls very thin, can hear next door conversation. Front desk not friendly, not happy switching rooms for me, which I get, but still, if you're gonna do it, be nice about it. Very old building. Outside the hotel feel very old and dingy, was not happy when first spotted the hotel in person. I don't think I will stay again here for many different reasons.

We really like how the elevator went straight up to your floor. There were some cute touches like my name on the TV. This was a one time splurge for a birthday so we’re not used to hotels above $80/night and maybe had some high expectations. Staff was very courteous and check in was a breeze. Overall great time.
For $260/night, we were a little disappointed breakfast was an additional high fee. The room was a bit small for such a high price. Paying an additional fee for parking wasn’t great either but I guess that’s how it works in the city? Also bummed the little market wasn’t open/stocked.

The location was good. Everything else was absolutely horrible
Extremely hot inside, did not get the room that Booking.com said I was going to get and paid for, elevators were Extremely slow, no plug in the bathtub, coffe maker had nowhere to plug it in, no breakfast, the absolute worst service at the restaurant we sat there for 40 minutes and weren't even given a menu or greeted just completely ignored, we waited 3 hours for our room to be ready after check in time they told us it was being turned around at 2pm, it wasnt ready until after 5 pm and check in was 3 pm. The front desk staff were rude. It was one of the worst hotels I had ever stayed at.

Didn’t like anything about the property at all . Will never go back
During our stay they where doing some type of remodeling in the room next door and it was so loud literally woke us up super early couldn’t go back to sleep our whole stay they where doing remodeling it’s insane . Also the fact they charge me $68 for parking per day to stay there it’s crazy to me never going back.

Room I selected in the app wasn’t the room I ended up with. Room was missing a fridge and stopper for the bathtub.

The Hilton team did their best to give me the best room expected during my stay. They always do and they always tell you what to expect as they know the hotel better than me. Even if there is no better option available they will keep in contact with you the next day to give you a better option, although it higher than the category that I have already booked.
Somehow, I lost my credit card during my stay and they did more than what i could have imagined to get it back. They even called their staff back after work hours to ensure support me. That was above and beyond my expectations.
I just wish I had more time to spend in San Francisco to enjoy the hotel's facilities.

Hilton.
Staff security told us they had a noise complaint at 11:30 the night we got in. Three kids wound up on vacation. The staff was compassionate and acknowledged that kids will be kids and that we were not very loud.
At 6:15 pm the second day two new security guards came with a noise complaint. We had just got home from exploring San Fran. Kids were quiet asleep and eating. Wife and I were silent. One year old fell down a few times walking and cried for one minute.
I told security we did not make noise. They threatened to kick us out. Six year old. One year old. Two year old. Quiet Chinese mom. Legally sworn FBI officer.
So I called the cops for harassment by the hotel. SFPD said they had a right to evict us and if they got called again they were certain they would have to use physical force on me and cuff me because I obviously wouldn’t vacate peacefully. (I called them!!!)
So I am pressing federal charges against the SFPD and Hilton for felony harassment, coercion, threats, refusal to provide equal defense of the laws, public corruption, et.al.

Location is everything about this hotel
- Have stayed in this hotel several times due to the good location, but it's always too chilly for me as the room heating is not working properly
- My room was just next to the elevators so I had to bear low-frequency noise almost all the time
- The room had a bath tub, but it worked only as a shower because the lid had been taken out of the tub
- The window is too small as the one for a room in a decent hotel

NOTHING. THEY ROBBED ME, THEN HELD THE PROPERTY HOSTAGE, ALONG WITH A MASSIVE AMOUNT CASH, FOR CHARGES AND A DEPOSIT, THEN THREATENED TO KILL ME, AFTER VERBALLY ASSAULTING ME OVER AND OVER.
