Good location for driving about the city, walking distance to fisherman’s wharf and Russian hill for dinners.

The bed was a trampoline The 2nd lift never worked so you waited 15 minutes for a lift and often it was packed and you let it go to wait another 15 minutes

Carino ma poco educato

La posizione è sicuramente ottima. Sei vicino a quasi tutto. La camera era carina

Ho trovato poco educato da parte dei dipendenti portare via la colazione allo scoccare delle 9.30. Capisco che ci siano degli orari e che vadano rispettati ma se un cliente sta prendendo la colazione, mi sembra molto poco corretto togliergli la roba da davanti. Sicuramente non consiglierò questo hotel. Inoltre c’era solo una delle due ascensori che funzionavano quindi spesso si aspettavano anche 10 minuti per salire in ascensore, ma questo non era un grosso problema.

Excellent point de chute pour visiter San Francisco

L’établissement est très bien situé, l’environnement est rassurant et agréable, on peut faire tous les lieux touristiques soit à pieds ou en utilisant les bus qui sont très faciles d’utilisation . Les chambres sont tout à fait correctes même si elles ne sont plus très récentes , celles côté baie offre une belle vue mais elles sont aussi côté route donc cela peut être un peu bruyant ! L’ensemble était propre mais il n’y a pas de ménage quotidien pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Le petit déjeuner était correct , au standard américain, avec machine à gaufre et servi avec de la vraie vaisselle! L’accueil était très sympathique. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour

Such a disappointment!

The breakfast was great! Room was clean.

When checking in we felt like we were disturbing the desk clerk. She was not welcoming at all. Surprise fee for parking. $30 a day. No elevator from the underground parking. Had to use the stairs. Our room had no hot water. Lukewarm at best. No refrigerator in the room either. Would not recommend this hotel.

No fridge. Also at my stay was staffs shorthanded, so no room cleaning but the reception super helpful though.

Great location, very comfortable beds!

Location was excellent for our plans. Beds were very comfortable, fresh waffles were great.

Only one lift working which took ages to because so many using it.

This hotel is in a perfect location or stay was cozy, comfy and Clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating!

The location of this property is excellent. It was easy to walk to Fishermans wharf, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The only thing I disliked was the long line at breakfast for waffles. 1 feel like if we would’ve had at least one more waffle maker, it would have made the lines go by quicker

Preferible un Airbnb o Apart Hotel.

Lo único que rescato de este hotel es su ubicación, se encuentra en un buen sector, tranquilo y desde don de se puede salir a caminar tranquilo y relativamente cercano a algún sector turístico, pero es lo único que rescato.

Este hotel no ofrece servicio de habitación, no se hace el aseo de ella, a menos que se tenga una estadía de más de 3 o 4 días, y sólo se hace una sola vez. Eso no estaba informado en ninguna condición de la reserva, pero ellos informan que en su web si está, y que booking no lo informa. Si uno se queda en un hotel es para no tener que hacer lo mismo que hace en su cas, como las camas, limpiar el baño etc., lo que quiere es descansar, por qué pagar por el precio de un hotel si haré lo mismo que en casa, mejor para eso ir a un Airbnb o un Apart Hotel, es ilógico. Decepcionante el servicio. Por otro lado un sólo ascensor en servicio para 11 pisos, había que hacer filas cada vez que se iba a tomar desayuno.

Unexpected bad for that price.

Breakfast absolutely bad, always the same 5 things and no alternatives. A sticky floor in the whole room, why! Old fashioned rooms and interior/ building should be renovated. Loud inside you can hear everything street, neighbors, elevator… (5th floor) Never again…

Fantastic experience

My family stayed here for 3 days. We had a great time. My kids enjoyed the breakfast time. The staff and the reception people are so friendly and helpful.

Gute Lage, gut zu erreichen, fairer Preis

Wir hatten ein 4er Zimmer und der Platz war ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück wird ab 6:30 Uhr angeboten. Check-out bis 12 Uhr. Das ist sehr komfortabel. Auch nachmittags wird ein kostenloser Tee/Kaffee angeboten. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann das Hotel mit dem Bus gut erreichen (wir sind vom/zum Flughafen mit der U-Bahn (BART) und dem Bus gefahren). Die Haltestelle ist ca. 200m entfernt. Das Hotel bietet aber auch eine Tiefgarage an. Der Preis für die Tiefgarage ist angemessen für San Franciscos Verhältnisse. Zum Fisherman's Wharf geht man ca. 20 Minuten. Fahrradverleih befindet sich in ca. 300m Entfernung. Gegenüber vom Hotel findet man kleinere Take Away Restaurants.

Wir hatten Blick auf die Golden Gate Bridge, aber das Fenster war von außen schmutzig. Außerdem konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber wenig abwechslungsreich. Preis/Leistung ist aber stimmig. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das vollkommen in Ordnung (wir sind mehrere Tage im Hotel geblieben). Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen und würde dieses für mich auch nochmal buchen, wenn ich nach San Francisco gehen würde.

It is located in a nice location, close to the Fishermans’ Worth. Reception employees are nice and helpful. Good hotel for quick stay

Great location, friendly staff and very clean.

Great location close to Lombard Street, Fisherman’s Wharf and the Mrs Doubtfire house. Staff very friendly and hotel was very, very clean. Breakfast waffles were a hit with the children!

Breakfast can get extremely busy so go down early or you’ll have to wait a while on a table or just grab and go!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had decent hours. The surrounding area was nice with lots to do within walking distance. A little far from main attractions, but still walkable or a cheap Uber/Lyft ride away.

While parking is cheap, the garage is very tight. If you have a vehicle larger than a mid size sedan, you probably won't want to park it here, though I did see some mini vans and SUVs that managed. Also, vending machines had little stock. The one on our floor was out of everything. The one on the floor below ours had 1 option. We ended up using doordash to get drinks and snacks from a 7/11. There are some small stores within a block or 2 also.

It was a great place to stay which is quite accessible to fisherman wharf.

The location and the room at the top most with view of Golden Gate is magnificent.

Less options for breakfast and lacking some facilities like pool.

Decent room with great location

Great location. Close to bus and attractions like Fisherman's Wharf and Chinatown. Great view of the bay from upper level room. Good complimentary breakfast.

Night clerk was not very friendly or welcoming when we checked in at 9pm. She didn't explain anything about breakfast, housekeeping or amenities. We checked in at night and paid extra for a top floor room. We had a room on the 9th floor (11-story hotel). 2 pillows on my bed smelled like old sweat - had to request for new pillowcases. Parking is EXPENSIVE at $30/day, and parking lot very tiny, cramped and narrow, best suited to a tiny vehicle. No easily accessible loading zone for check in.
