Comfy beds, good breakfast.
A bit pricey for the value.

For our short stay, the hotel was very convenient and we were able to walk to the plaza safely. Tha breakfast was excellent with many options. Tha afternoon freshly baked cookies and chips and salsa were an added bonus. Gloria and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. We are already talking of a return visit.
My only problem was that we were on the upper floor and had to carry luggage up stairs. We are in our mid 70's so it was a little hard. Next time we will request a room on the lower level.

Breakfast was exceptional and Gloria kept my coffee full, and did it with a gracious smile.
There is nothing to dislike about this property.

It was all good really. The staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and the pool, hot tub area was great and what a delicious breakfast!! In addition, the pet fee and policy was very reasonable. It will be our stay of choice when traveling to Taos.
I struggled with the pillows. Personal preference is all. My husband liked them.

Cozy and very well-kept facility with a nice pool. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast bar with a huuuuge selection. Best breakfast ever in this price range in the United States so far (this was out 7th visit of several weeks in the US...). Too bad it was just for an overnight...

Fantastic from beginning to end. Room was comfortable, great bed, fireplace (we needed it, it was cold that day). Staff was wonderful, we asked and they delivered. The breakfast included great homemade food, clearly it was made in their kitchen and not from a food service distributor. This was a top notch place to stay.

We were very impressed. When we arrived in the late afternoon, they were serving some green chili and chips -- gratis. The only thing missing was the Margherita. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding -- great New Mexican fare. Our room was large, had a comfortable bed, and a working fire place. The grounds were lovely. Altogether a good experience.
The firewood they provided was a big green...

The room was bigger than expected and we didn’t feel cramped. Our room was open to the courtyard area. The breakfast was also great. It been a long time since we were able to eat like that at a hotel during all this pandemic.

The lounge/dining area was memorable - nice, charming and full of eating options. Staff was exceptional - welcoming and knowledgable. The fresh chocolate chip cookies each evening was a really nice touch. Really appreciated the environs. The room was spartan but clean and all that was needed. Liked the interaction amongst travelers in the dining area. The main cook who walked around and filled coffee and made fresh breakfast was so nice. No wonder why people keep coming back there. We will too if we return to Taos in the future. Very worthwhile time there.
Super warm in the room made it a little too toasty. But, I noticed this was true at another placed we stayed. I can't think of anything worth mentioning here, it was really a winner of a deal. You can't go wrong staying here.

Really enjoyed the room which had a fireplace. We were delivered wood everyday and had a nice cozy fire each night. The breakfast area was laid out well, and even with a snowstorm going on, the "outdoor" seating was still warm and comfortable. The included breakfast is no joke, perfect fuel for a day of skiing.
The speed bumps at the entrance are pretty extreme. With our low profile car I scraped the bottom at least once. Those bumps are meant for high clearance vehicles
