Good value for weekday skiing but don’t expect luxury and they don’t look like the pictures.

Good value, ski locker, hot tub, heated parking, good water pressure.

Kitchen not well stocked for cooking. Old scratched teflon pans, melted spatulas, 1980s dishwasher. Bedding and towels smelled like Tide and fabric softener, pillows so stiff and tall couldn’t use them, no comforters on beds. Housekeeping sprayed scented deodorizer in hallways. Door code stopped working at 9 am day of checkout. Fans in bathroom don’t remove odors.

Disappointing

Noise from the road, no AC,they should tell you in the description that there is no AC.screens were all broke, furniture dated. Carpet needs cleaned and or replaced.

Exceptional

Instead of having to stop at the office they could have left our packet in the condo, emailed instructions and we could have gone directly to the condo. The shuttle and every shuttle driver were EXCELLENT!

I had three complaints: a) the kitchen had the main pantry locked and there was not enough cabinet space for the food we purchased or brought with us. They need to unlock either the top or bottom of the pantry for renters; b) the queen size bed was a deep mattress and the sheets were not designed for deep mattresses. The sheets and mattress pad continuously had to be put back on the bed; c) the parking garage had too many handicap spots. They were at full occupancy and there were a few times I had to park along a wall. The staff should not be parking in the garage, they should park outside.

good location

THERE IS NO AC!!!! It is not a place to stay in the summer. We arrived and it was 85 degrees inside!!!! We were on the road for 2 days and just wanted a nice place to sleep as a family! We had to sleep with noisy fans right next our beds all night!!! This is something you should mention in a clear description!! We had older people and women in menopause that were NOT happy!!! Not to mention our water in our bathroom was either scalding or freezing. It was hit or miss. With how much money we paid it was dissapointing!

Average to less than expected for the money.

Each of the three bedrooms had it's own bathroom. This was pretty swell when there's a group of people like we were.

First of all, on Booking.com. . . the pictures of the condo that I thought I booked actually ended up to be a different condo that wasn't anywhere near as nice. Felt like a bait and switch. I called Vacasa to complain, but they said it was a Booking.com thing and they'd forward the concern to them. Vacasa understood that they give a "sampling" of pictures . .not the one you're gonna get. Never got any response from Booking.com I'll be much more careful when booking again. The condo was nice, but again, wasn't the one I thought I booked. The condo we got was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Downsides: ALL the closets were full to the ceiling with bedding. We had no place to hang clothes. The condo had LOTS of burned down candles . . large and small . . .that should have been thrown out long ago. NO spatula in the kitchen. Hard when you're making pancakes. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and dishes. Two dining room chairs were broken . .one collapsed when it was sat in for the first time. And lastly, the whole condo was very dated . . Living room TV from the 90's. This is an owner issue, not Booking.com or Vacasa. We had a pleasant stay despite all this, but for the money I paid (almost $900 for 2 nights) I'd say it wasn't any value. Finally, the staff at Vacasa in Steamboat were outstanding . . .none of this their fault.

Condo was clean and beds were comfortable but warm in condo and with windows open very loud

I wish it would have highlighted that their was no air conditioner in the unit. The condo was very warm and with windows open very loud in early mornings

Busy Intersection

The pool was clean and cool on a hot summer day. The beds were comfortable

The icemaker was a congealed block of ice cubes frozen together that had to be manually fixed by myself right after checking in. The toaster oven had no off switch, and some light bulbs were burned out. The condo is overlooking the main road (walton creek) and is situated really close to a stop sign. You are basically listening to traffic from the time it wakes you up in the morning until you fall asleep that night. Covered parking was a mix of reserved spots and shared spots. This particular unit did not have a reserved spot, so we would complete a 5 point u turn and exit the garage. There were always spots in the uncovered lot available.

Poor mainenance

Only location is good.

Give me the wrong room, I paid for the three bedroom but gave me the two bedroom, I have called the agent to refund me the rate difference for two days, but no update so far. No a/c, afternoon is so hot, no one can stay inside the room. microwave is not working, one of electronic stove’s connection is loose. This condo is under no maintenance at all

We had water temperature issues but we called it in and it was taken care of right away. They really worked with us on what we needed!
