Horrible customer service, the TV didn't work, the ice machine didn't work, rude staff, messed up my reservation so I couldn't bring my dog, all in all an absolutely awful experience
Customer service, facility, the price.

Toilet was dirty! Carpet was dirty (wouldn't walk barefoot on it). A lot of cosmetic upgrades are needed.

Sketchy area, didn't feel safe. Carpets and furniture stained and smelled of animals, piss, and feet. Which is comical as its non smoking room. We had a candle lit and windows open the entire time just to be in the room. Had a wad of pink hair in the shower drain. Toilet moves when you sit down. Homeless man took a swim in the pool after hours, fully clothed mind you. $100 deposit to make sure you don't smoke in the room.

Was a decent room for the price
Was told pool was open so I was going to go for a swim but the pool was dirty so I grabbed the pole and proceeded to clean the pool when I was yelled at by two different staff one told me that I would lose my 100$ cash deposit if I continued to use the pool then after I stopped cleaning the pool out of debris another staff member came and yelled at me that the pool was not open when I was just told it was so I left the pool and was told to leave the pool so I did later that night I had gone out to eat when upon returning I was unable to get my keys to work so I went to the office and got new keys that also did not work and was told the lock was acting up and to just keep trying I continued to try and open the door for 30 mins all the time the lady from the office was in the parking lot laughing that I couldn't open the door and would not attempt to help me with opening my door overall was the worst experience ever at a hotel would not recommend or return

Parking was easy
Smell in the room was bad, you could tell it used to be a smoking motel because every time the ac kicked on all you would smell is ash tray smells. The bathroom was dirty and the vent was caked with dust and dirt. I had to move the bed to plug in the lamp next to my end table and while doing that I found a remote for the tv even though it already had one, so you know they don’t move the bed to clean under it or around it.

Absolutely nothing. Took almost 45 minutes to get checked in because the only person there was talking on the phone. First room we got, the key card didn't work. Had to reset. Still didn't work. Got in the third time. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. We got a different room, but it was also filthy.
I've stayed in way cheaper sketchy motels that were cleaner. This was probably the worst I've ever been in. There was an unknown splatter of something on the bathroom wall/ceiling, all the baseboards were molding. No easily accessible outlets. Moldy bathroom. Dirty toilet. Uncomfortable spring mattress bed. Disgusting.

Lots of food options and supermarket within walking distance
There was rubbish on floors outside my room in number of places and dirt in small piles sitting around, none of this was swept up in the two days I stayed there. Not really a big thing but made the place look very run down.

I liked nothing. I couldn’t get out of this place fast enough.
However the police did respond quickly
The hostess provided miserable hospitality… if you could find her, otherwise the office had “colorful characters “. Is this hotel actually a halfway house?

NOTHING! When I arrived at the Inn, I was told my room was NOT ready because there were only two housekeepers. I said, okay and that I would come back.
When I returned, I was told they had no pet friendly rooms available. I had made my reservation several days ahead, on "Booking.com. The clerk apologized and said hey would refund my money. As of this date, 7/03/23 I have NOT received a refund.

The spacious room. Nice and big closet.
It was dated. Could use some upgrades. And it was hard to heat up the room so newer heaters would be good

Nothing... It's one of worst hotels ever I have seen.
There were so many homeless people inside the hotel and they were robbing everything. Receptionist was very old so he couldn't do anything.

Nothing but you get what you pay for I guess
Had to slam the door multiple times before it would secure. Still waiting on my deposit to come back.

This is a trap house hotel. Or at least it looks that way. The room wasn’t clean whatsoever. Gross. The bed was very uncomfortable. Was up and out by 630 to get the hell out
Clean ya rooms!

Very clean. That's always most important and I appreciate it.
Clean but there were little things that would have made the room a little nicer. Wallpaper was peeling (easy to glue) and it smelled a bit of smoke from back in the day. The blankets were thin and the heater smelled of old smoke too.
