Quiet, warm and comfortable. Check in was all of 2 minutes (that includes my trip back to the office for wifi login which just happened be in my hand while I asked..duh) Great coffee on checkout, would absolutely stay again.

very friendly family run hotel.
uncomfortable beds, all rooms smell like smoke, very loud fan noise, and lots of bleeding sunlight from windows.

Good location
Room, carpet, bedding not clean enough.
Whole room was end down. Bathroom sink drain was almost completely plugged.
We would have gone somewhere else if we hadn’t already paid for the room by phone.

I'm trying to think of something
Very, very run down. Cracks in ceiling, walls, tiles. Strips of wallpaper had been torn away. Did not feel comfortable stepping into the shower with the rust running down the sides. Wondered if the toilet was a dark color to hide when it isn't properly cleaned. Television reception was so poor it could not be watched. Unless you wanted to watch a fuzzy screen. Room heater was extremely noisy and the vanes were covered in greasy dust. Hard to locate in a very rundown section of town. There was a sign about a half block before the motel. A hand painted sign.

Good location and nice reception
Carpets stained, tv was "extremely fuzzy", ceiling was spackled but not painted, outlets wouldn't accept plug-ins like my phone charger.

No breakfast, coffee was available, room had great air conditioner, fridge and microwave. Very clean .
The advertised outdoor swimming pool had been converted to add parking.

No breakfast just coffee and tea
It’s just old and stinks like old cigarettes and shower heads are calcium incrusted. To many long term people there hogging up the rooms. I would have stayed another night but no availability.

This hotel has an old school feel. It was like a retro look to everything. That was cool.
Not much bad to say, no pool no frills, but a clean safe place to lay your head definitely.

Cheap. Easy check in, check out. Quiet and decent sized room.
Bed VERY uncomfortable - like sleeping on just a box spring. Sheets clean but very worn. No hot water. Cinderblock walls, outdated, carpet coming up in several places.

The place was quiet. The office person was nice and helpful. The shower was hot.
The TV channels were all fuzzy. The heater worked but had issues.

America used to only have motels. So I wanted to stay in one. It was a great decision. It might have been an older hotel, but it has internet, good beds, and very clean. What more do you want. The night manager was exceptional, and since I was traveling by myself, and knew my arrival time would be near midnight, he has reserved a room next to his family quarters, and had turn on the AC for me so it was comfortable when I arrived. Hotels don't do this. Great treasure of an experience.

Just coffee

Appreciated the pet friendly.
A reading light on both sides of the bed would be nice. A ticking noise from the air conditioner when off ( or the neighbor’s).
5.0
The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with a coffee maker.
You could see all around the door....about 1/2 inch between edge of door and frame of wall. That was a little scary. The unit is very old with a badly stained carpet, very few outlets (microwave and refrigerator use the only bathroom outlet), and very worn. I had to unplug refrigerator or microwave to use coffee maker. No place to plug in phone or computer. The unit was as clean as it could be.
