We stop in Harrisburg for the night when heading north after staying in South Carolina.

Breakfast was as expected. Good choice. Close to Gilligans Bar and Grill - a fav. Bed was comfortable.

Receptionist is certainly in the wrong line of work. No Welcome, no smile, no thankyou, nothing ... Request we made for section of the building was ignored and we were told "we don't read requests when you book through 3rd party" (we have heard this before so why does Booking.com bother?) Price was more than we booked at on line. Water damage in ceiling. Was it necessary to give us that room when 80% of the parking lot was empty? Coffee maker did not work. Bathroom light only came on at about 20% most of the time. I somewhat feel 3rd party bookings are 'punished' and given shoddy treatment, I dunno.

Won’t stay at that location again. Dissatisfied

Coffee machine was great loved having a latte ! Breakfast was very limited and no one around to refill the empty eggs and bread

It smelled like people had been smoking in the hallways . Was less then clean ,

Could have been better

Location was good

I let the desk know that the tub didn't drain properly. Front desk said someone would fix it but no one came. So my family couldn't take a shower because we refuse to get in tub that had dirty water in it. We gave to wash up in sink. Also there was no bedding for pull out couch.

Will not return due to experience, annual work trip- I’ll find somewhere better next year

The location was convenient for me and my coworker for our work trip

The bathroom was not clean and the bed had a bug in the “clean sheets”, plus their jacuzzi was dirty and broken. The pillows are very uncomfortable and the bed wasn’t much better

Don't bother staying here.

The location was convenient.

The hotel is in definite need of repairs. Kids running everywhere.

Exactly what was needed after a day of traveling

Check in was easy and no special policies for paying in cash. Paid for my night and enjoyed the night.

Woke up to ants in all our drinks. Not a huge deal but had to throw them all away.

It wasn't pleasant

The breakfast was nice.

The staff didn't give us extra towels when asked the bed was super uncomfortable and the air conditioning was loud and the bathtub had problems with the drain and alot of the staff wasn't that friendly and didn't really understand english.

Dark, Dated w dogs barking

The staff was quite rude upon arrival. Had us assigned to the wrong beds. There was a pounding sound all night long that came from the electrical room in results of no sleep. Then a door up was a dog barking all the time.

Keep Looking

Bed was comfortable and heat/ac worked well.

Continental breakfast was horrible. It started 10 minutes late, yogurt machine didn't work, sausages were floating in water, eggs were fake and fried potatoes were frozen in the middle. We ate the cereal instead. Also fitness center was dirty, no water jug on dispenser, no towels.

Friendly but could be cleaner

The staff was friendly and lobby was nice. The rooms were a decent size and had everything you need. It was a good value and in a safe area.

The outside smelled strong of dog waste and wasn't cleaned very good. The bathroom was dated and floors were not very clean in the rooms.

Front desk weird experience with two guys seemed to be “up to something.” hotel was old, dated, in disrepair. room/bed smelled bad. breakfast was limited- egg’s & sausage Pattie’s watery. not great.
