The owner is super nice. He always makes sure I am safe and comfortable when I come to visit. I travel alone and I appreciate his effort.
The morning traffic noise was pretty bad on the north end this time. Ephrata has grown since I was last there.

I wasn't informed there was a breakfast. So I wasn't aware and didn't partake.
The bathtub drained extremely slow. Water sat in it for awhile.

Walking distance from Safeway and McDonalds and other retail shops. Nice comfortable room with a huge tv screen.
Didn't like the late night train noise. The bathroom was okay but the shower tiles needed freshening up or replacement.

Nothing really. They charged us $60 for 2 cats
Most everything, including bathroom, heating (non existent), cleanliness. It was a bare bones facility. Hard pillows and mattress. Cold lino floors...etc

Absolutely nothing.
We checked in and the room reeked of rotten eggs. We sprayed a bunch of body spray hoping it would help and left. We came back 3 hours later and the room smelled so bad that it gave me an instant headache. There was no way we could stay. We requested another room and was told they were sold out, even though there are 4 cars in the parking lot. When talking with the front desk guy, he said there is nothing I can do, shut and locked the door in my face.
We could NOT stay in the room due to the rotten egg smell and had to leave to another hotel.

Nothing much, although the TV did work.
A pathetic staff member with an attitude who thinks it appropriate to greet customers in his pyjamas and flip flops and then tries to tell you that you can't use a bed in a room that you've already paid for!

It's a basic room and everything worked. The bed was very comfortable
The motel is right on the main road (Hwy 28) so it is noisy, especially if you have a room nearer the road.

Location was where I needed to be because of a funeral. It was very basic but clean.
I wish I had looked in other places besides booking.com. They made it look like this was the only hotel in Ephrata, Washington and it wasn't. Management wouldn't work with me when I had to leave a day earlier than planned.

Shower was semi-broken and drained very slow; bathroom was dusty/dirty; got a bit cold at night so we tried to turn on the heater but it made the entire room smell smoky. The curtains had holes in them and I saw a few (what I hope was not) bed bugs around the floor. Owner was nice but the place was just too dirty to relax in.

The motel is older, and the amenities were limited; however, the owners took pride in their establishment. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the AC worked well.
The shower stall was quite old and in need of an upgrade. The faucet handle was difficult to use due to age. For the price, our expectations were mostly met.
