Got a ground level room at the updated North Tower. Spacious, clean and tucked away in the farthest end of the property so we enjoyed some peace and quiet.

Not too many dining options.

More restaurants need to be open during the week steak house is only open on thursday through Saturday

Old and dated. No amenities! There was a charge for everything. Including a resort fee and there was no resort

My room did not have a microwave and the WiFi was not working

We liked there was so much to do!

We did not care for the buffet at all! Everything was not that great. The lettuce was brown, no seasoning, and there was no option for a basic buffet not including ribs. My fiancé doesn’t eat ribs and we still had to pay 29.99 each. They should offer the seafood/crab legs both weekend night since we did not make it until late check-in we missed it.

Only thing is my room had ladybugs. They were overbooked and I could not switch to another room the next day I had to switch my room. It was over price for me to sleep a lady bugs But once I switch to the new room, it was a great experience But front Dess it already told me that I didn’t have any rooms available but one housekeeper came. She was able to give me another room. Hmmm

The pool and kids quest

The movie theatre, and the casino was really nice

the bathrooms in the hotel was out dated and the tub drain was broken

It had everything you could possibly want in the casino.

There were no soft drinks in any of the lower floors at all. And the machines for the snacks were not full. I also was not told that Paragon had wheelchairs for people who can walk very well in all of the space.

smell, room not clean, no room service, the casino couldn’t fine my reservation so we had to wait 20 to 30 minutes before we were able to check in, rude staff. Will not come back and or recommend to others. You do not get what you pay for.

The rooms are not worth the price the place has a lot of mildew smell and sewer smell when you run water in sinks and shower of bedroom 😟😟😟

Soda machines on 3rd floor were sold out Some items on buffet were cold.

The lobby was very pretty. The staff was friendly.

Our room was very nasty. They were still socks on the floor from the previous attendant. We did get a smoking room, but there was no ashtray, and they were cigarette butts on the floor. I was not charged the initial price that I was quoted.
